LESSON LEARNED -- CHECK THE REVIEWS!

Lesson learned -- read the reviews before ordering! I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful silver ring with "golden threads" across the top. The silver is wearing to a brilliant copper, and the gold threads have disappeared. This is Chinese JUNK! I complained via email and was told to send pictures, order number, etc. A follow-up email was undeliverable. Do not purchase from these scammers. Don't believe Claire is retiring. She doesn't exist!

Please know this

This websites photos are positively fantastic. The jewelry looks really cool, styles and level of uniqueness are right up there. Once I finally received my order I was incredibly disappointed..I spent some good hard earned money and most all of it is junk. The rings that I loved the most were pretty nice though. I thought, “Okay, these will be my salvation piece’s.” The silver tone finish is already washing away. I bought from this company u dear the name, Claire Jewelry. Now they’ve changed their name & continue to sell the same crap. To my fellow shoppers, buyer beware when it comes to this company. Money doesn’t come easy, right?! I know that many of us love quality at a discounted price, as well. Please mark my words..don’t get swayed into buying from this company. Spend your $ elsewhere.

More than pleased

Have to say I am pleased with my two items. Took 9 days to arrive but the tracking info showed this fully. Yes, it has come from China but mine is certainly NOT rubbish.

This is the same scam company as C'est La Vie Boutique

This is the same scam company advertising as C'est La Vie Boutique, Artisan Weekly, The Art Journal, The Craft Weekly, and Craftsmanship Daily. I have seen these ads in my Apple News feed on reputable websites such as The New Yorker and The Atlantic. I was scammed by C'est La Vie Boutique (boutique -cestlavie . com). I have reported their scam to my credit card company and Shopify (which is how I paid). I have emailed pictures to the company 3 times but have yet to get a credit. I think they figure people will give up, but you all need to email them, complain, and try to get a credit. Look on the website to find it as I cannot include it here.

Horrible

Horrible, I am embarrassed to say I paid over $50 each for a few rings, they turned my fingers green within an hour of wearing them. FAKE FAKE FAKE

Absolute con

Absolute con. My 70+ year old mother was fooled by the 'retiring' grey haired lady who was selling her wares, not knowing the 'Jennifer' is an AI generated and not real person. The products are cheap and flimsy, advertised as rose gold and displayed in proper jewellery boxes but arrived in a jiffy envelope inside mini plastic pouches - absolute shite. Who can afford to send plastic tat back to China? Well done on taking my mother's money. She won't be fooled again and I hope this prevents anyone else spending their hard earned wages/pension on this atrocious costume jewellery. AVOID!!!

Timeless Layered Pearls

My layered pearl necklace surprised me with how wearable it is. I throw it on with denim or a sundress, and it matches both effortlessly. It feels timeless but still fresh. Definitely a modern heirloom.

Beware of this site

Beware of this site, it is AI generated and several sources indicate this is coming out of China. From what I was able to find Claire is not areal person. After an inordinately long time finally received the order. IT IS JUNK!

Impossible to get a refund!

The earrings were not as described. I returned them at a huge cost to China on May 1, and am still going round and round with their customer support. Stay away from this company!

Flirty Y-Drop Necklace...

This Y-necklace drop is the ultimate finish for low-cut tops. It highlights just the right amount of skin without being overt. I feel subtly flirty and polished whenever I wear it. It’s become my go-to for both date nights and desk days.

Raw Hammered Bangle...

The hammered bangle brings rugged charm to my delicate stack. Its uneven finish feels purposefully imperfect. I love how it contrasts with smooth bands and sparkly rings. It’s the texture my wrist was missing.

AVOID - extremely dodgy

I've decided not to buy anything as they essentially catfish you into thinking this is a reputable store, with jewellery handmade by one lady who's retiring (to create urgency in case you miss out!). I thought this sort of misleading advertising was illegal? The prices are too good to be true. I notice that their Privacy Policy says that ownership of the item passes to you once the product is passed to their shipping handler - so you may receive nothing and they will do nothing about it. Extremely dodgy!

It was never delivered

It was never delivered! Shipped with the incorrect address and when it was not delivered the order could no longer be found after I followed up with two shippers. Then claire c/s said they would send out for shipment again but never received and cannot even receive a response from c/s now. Another scam from China IMO. Time & MONEY WASTED!

Jewellery is cheap and bad quality

Jewellery is cheap and bad quality. I ordered a layered silver necklace (which wasn't cheap), and it arrived in a tiny plastic bag all knotted together. Took over an hour to unravel it and when I did the chain was so small it didn't fit and was more like a child sized necklace! If, as their ad suggests, they take that much care in hand crafting the jewellery (lol!) Why send it in a small cheap plastic bag? 🤔

Goods faulty. Unable to return.

Goods faulty. Only response was offer of 10% discount. Email contact impossible. Must return item to China at ridiculous cost. Scam...I should have known better. If item cost looks too good to be true, it probably is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CO, OR another similar scam Wendy Clarke jewllers retirement sale!!!

Love-Note Script Bracelet...

My script name bracelet feels like wearing a little love note. I catch glimpses of it whenever I check my watch. The font is elegant without being overly frilly. It hasn’t dulled or snagged, even after months.

Tell the truth would be a great start

Tell the truth would be a great start. The products are advertised as genuine crafted. BUT in reality they are just Chinese shit. I had to put a star really they don't deserve any. PayPal will be notified. I asked for a refund but nothing. DON'T buy from them.
