Quality of Service depends on location of course and the franchise operator. In particular I wanted to applaud the new Lancaster Ave CHeckers in Philadelphia. Service is fast, there’s an army of good workers. There was an innovative pick up n order from phone drive thru but this didn’t seem to last. Overall however, the quality brand taste of their original fries and tartar sauce burgers are a timeless delicacy.
Everything was absolutely amazing from the staff to the food and the wait time was awesome I got 2 meals in less than 6 minutes. The lady was very nice
Well it's been awhile since I have tried checkers I have been seeing the commercial about the boss brisket and after my son said they were good I went to the plant city store and ordered one , what I got was no sour dow bun and very little brisket on a regular hamber for over $7.50+spent over 20$ for my wife & me. When I say no brisket it looked like only barbeque with maybe 4 Little pieces this would be a disaster even for the small 5$ one , then traveled all the way to Seffner and got another they also were out of sour dow buns but least they told me so, I bought another one anyway and it was not like pictures but least it had meat, After 28$ it may be awhile before I eat checkers again, If anyone reads this thanks for your time.. Ordered through Grubhub and had items missing. Contacted the restaurant and they issued a refund. Refund never arrived in my account and when I contacted Grubhub to advise them of this they said it was too late as 48 hours had already past. Even though I contacted the restaurant direct as soon as the order arrived!! Not good customer service and won’t order from this restaurant again
went threw drive threw and the girl working today was just rude,,,no coke ,,no diet coke ,,no milkshake ,,i said just give me a drink...the girl said you can just leave are i call the cops that i was being disrepectable....i was beining so nice...she was rude and being nasty...she didnt let me get my order,,why are you open if you have no drinks...4232 commercial way...springhill fla. is horriabe service...today around 3;55pm
i got their "crispy fish sandwich on 3/19/23 it was the worst tasteless sandwich ever. arbys has the best fish sandwiches.
The only good thing about this experience was my soda. First I was rudely rushed while trying to give my order. Than I had to wait for ever which I dont mind because I assumed it'd be fresh but it wasn't. To top it all off they forget multiple items I ordered.
After my last experience that I had the last time I was even at Checkers because after being treated the way I was by one of the workers at the window I REFUSE to EVER go to any other Checkers again after the experience from the Checkers in Linthicum Heights Maryland....I was in line for a good while cause my son wanted some double checker burgers so we usually don't eat there cause it's very expensive and not all the food or serves is worth it but I do anything for my kids so I tell the lady my order and when I get all the way up to the window to pay the lady had acted like she didn't hear my whole order so after me just waiting almost an hour in line I ask well can u just add the extra burger on n ring me up for it now....the cashier told me NO she can't so I asked to speak to the manager and the lady at the Window hits me with oh you got to go wait back in line cause we're too backed up and I tell her nicely we'll I just sat here in line and waited all this time so I told her there no way u shouldn't be able to ring me up I said this isn't how u treat people so as I drove off I noticed it was one car pulling up in line behind me so she had lied
This is specifically about the corporate owned restaurant in Port St. Lucie at Gatlin and Savona. Two months ago I ordered a #4 value meal with a diet coke. The meal was $6.89 plus tax as stated on the sign. I was not offered any upsizing. At the window I paid over $8. I knew this was wrong but left. Next time I order the same meal and got the same treatment. I went to the window and got a refund. Third time I was asked if I wanted a medium or large. I said I want what is on the sign. The sign does not have any info about a medium or large and there are no other prices posted. They gave me a large and it cost over $8. I asked the person at the window giving out the food "are you trained to upsize every meal"? The person did not speak but smiled and nodded emphatically "yes". I have done this seven times and the result is the same each time. They may ask you if you want a medium or large but you are never asked if you want what is on the marquee. The price on the marquee is for $6.89. Even when I say I want what is on the marquee, they will up size it. Sooo, if you want your money back you have to park and go to the window. They will apologize and refund your money. So much for it being a fast-food place. This is not a franchise; it is a corporate office. The employees are being trained by the owners to be deceptive and cheat their customers on a regular basis. I did this seven times because I wanted to be certain that this is not an aberration. I did not want this to be true.
