DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I pre ordered some Pokemon cards back in December. After months of waiting and little correspondence from the company with still no products delivered, I decided that enough was enough and cancelled my order. The company went silent for a few days after I cancelled the shipment. At first I thought all was well as they provided confirmation of cancellation and that refund was being processed. Fast toward 1 week and I still haven’t received my refund. I then received an email from the company stating that they are unable to process the refund and that I’d be offered vouchers with a 10% “gesture of goodwill”. This firm has not only failed to deliver on my order but the handling of the order and customer service I have received is nothing short of shambolic. I am now out of pocket a few hundred pounds with very little hope that I will receive my full refund. All I want is my money back for something that the company has clearly failed to deliver. I feel absolutely cheated and a company like Chase Games should not be allowed to take advantage of anyone like this. I urge you to really think about your purchase before deciding to use this company. If anyone has advice on how I can retrieve my refund please let me know.

Terrible experience Pre order product never arrived on release waited a very very long time since and still didn't get my order. Now I am being messed around for a refund still waiting over week after asking for a refund to get it even tho my order has already been canceled After lots of messages they said it will be processed on Friday but 2 days on still hasn't happed so fed up dealing with this headache. Only wanted to buy some cards and having such a bad experience Please avoid
I placed a large GBP500+ Shining Fates preorder with them in December. 6 months later I have still not received a single product of my order !!! Communication wise, 1 single email received in 6 months to explain they have stock issues. I called more than a dozen time the office across a 2 weeks period of time, no one ever picked up the phone a single time. I emailed them 4 times and somehow their answer went into my Spam box so never received it. I ended up opening a case on PayPal since I could not reach them and they accused me of trying to scam them. Amazing! And not a single excuse for keeping my money for more than 6 months and not delivering the products ordered. These guys are obviously clearly amateurs. They took way too many preorder while everyone knows Pokemon allocation is very harsh due to stock issues. But not only they are incompetent, they are also rude and with a very poor customer service. I have asked to cancel my order and after 5 days without any answer I escalated to PayPal who tried to reach to them. They never answered and PayPal arbitraged in my favour and forced them to refund me. I was glad I used PayPal !!! These guys are completely dishonest. 1st and last time I ever order with this company. Would definitely recommend to stay away.

I have bypassed the fact they didn’t delivery any pre ordered stock for 5 months, but having to chase a refund for 2 weeks is seriously frustrating. Have had email contact with Dan, who has just vanished.....
Order placed in December 2020. Still not received in May 2021. No update received on the order progress, no apology for delay or offer of a refund. Did not answer phone calls and when a refund was requested via Paypal was accused of acting fraudulently. Terrible customer service. Will never again order Pokemon cards from them.
It's a mixed bag, I pre ordered shining fates etbs back in November and believe I was one of the 1st to order so they turned up well packsd not long after release. I then continued to order more SF products throughout Dec, Jan and Feb some arrived and others are still outstanding, the service updates dont really provide any information to my order and just tells me what number they last dispatched, doesnt give any idea to how many orders between me and the last number dispatched contain the same items, so I dont know if they need to receive 100 before they get to my order or 1000 I understand the delays with this product but you should certainly do more to reach out to customers who are waiting 4 months for an item. I can source the product elsewhere for around the same price but im still waiting patiently, if you're unlikely to be able to fulfil these orders then let people know when they still have a chance of sourcing stock from other retail outlets.
An excellent and smooth service from point of purchase right through to delivery. There was great communication detailing despatch of purchase. Overall I would highly recommend Chase games

Great service, had email to check if I needed any extra information before parcel was sent. Arrived on time and really well packed. Couldn't ask for any more.
Very mixed experience with the customer service. A limited edition hardcover book arrived in poor condition for a collectors item. I received a very pleasant initial email thanking me for my purchase and asking if there was anything they could help me with. However, upon informing them of the damaged, I received a rather rude accusatory response claiming I made an "absurd accusation" and that it "obviously just got damaged somewhere" but it's "Hard to believe that it got done in transit". They did refund the item, but even then I was told "I got a bargain" because my damaged, limited edition book was actually sold at a discount, and that he would probably keep the book for himself if I did return it. All in all poor experience with the customer service, won't be using them again. Edit: In response to the seller's reply I simply asked if it was possible I was sold a second hand copy, as the pages were wavy (As well as dented), and it was discounted. There was no 'accusation'. Unnecessarily defensive customer service.
Ordered Battle Styles at the start of Feb, Received half my order first week of April but nothing since so just had to cancel it and ask for a refund. First time using chase games and probably the last and as much as its partially down to the lateness of the order a lot of it is with how they come across on emails which i wasn't satisfied with. You can't refer a customer to a link to find out roughly when an order is arriving especially if the order value is close to £1000, but any how you live and you learn, plenty of other places to buy from.
