Excellent service and so nice to be able to talk to someone if you have any concerns. Only one thing let them down and not really their problem. The chairs came in a massive box which the delivery men wouldn’t take.. it took forever to break the box down and far too big to fit in outside green bin..

After contacting Charlie's regarding the warranty on a garden set we bought 3 years ago. Unfortunately, the warranty was only for 12 months. However, out of the blue, Ieuan at Charlie's contacted me and offered a very generous voucher to spend instore or online. Excellent service with order received within 4 days of placing the order. On arrival we did a trial run of erecting the event shelter, prior to use. This is when we discovered a manufacturing fault on a piece of equipment. Contacted Charlies customer service, where Lauren was so helpful in arranging a replacement from the manufacturer. This unfortunately was going to arrive after I needed to use the event shelter. Charlies went out of their way to supply me with a replacement piece in good time for my camp. So helpful, so courteous and kept me informed at all times, just amazing customer service. Thank you.
