I received my pruner chain saw for it…
I received my pruner chain saw for it to only work for about 35 mins I rang Charlie’s wrote e mails took a while to get agreement for return. But still have not heard if I can have a refund . I have now had to pay someone to do the work I was going to do and no reply or refund from Charlie’s

My hedgehog food did not arrive as planned
My hedgehog food took 3 weeks to arrive after being lost in carriage,then replacement didn't get sent until enquiring where it was.I needed the food as I was nearly out & needed some while I was on 2 weeks holiday for the neighbours to feed the hogs.I had to buy some from a pet Eventually arrived but well late..
