We visited the shop in Shrewsbury this morning to look at garden parasols. We had previously visited two other shops where no staff were on hand who had any knowledge of details of the items we were looking at and in the end we walked away from both. The female assistant in Charlie’s was with us immediately and efficiently explained the pros and cons of all the different parasols on show and identified our ideal model. She was able to immediately ascertain there was one in stock, so the purchase took around 10 minutes. A member of staff carried it to our car, where another appeared and came to help us load it. Five star service all round and excellent value!

As a first time camper just about to approach 60, I was not sure where to start. I was recommended a Coleman tent that would probably suit my needs which I was able to locate easily on the Charlie site. There were plenty of photos of the tent to look at and a helpful video of how to put up and take down the tent. The site offered alternatives products which was very helpful. Once I made my informed choice, I placed my order and received the tent within two days. Delivery was free and I received emails throughout keeping me up to date.

When I visited Charlie's store in Aberystwyth ceredigion the staff were very approachable, professional well mannered. The staff member that was with me wasn't sure if how to order the product on line which she then said do you mind if I ask my supervisor to assist me,I answered that fine,the process took about 15mins.

They are true to time with their deliveries and I am SO PLEASED with the 20cm slates.

Firstly I found my garden table & chairs over £200 cheaper at Charlies than anywhere else. I ordered on Sunday ( could pay with Klarna and spread the cost), was called on Monday to arrange delivery at my convenience. I arranged Wednesday ( same week) and have been kept up to date daily with delivery updates. I was told I'd get a call within the hour of the delivery, I did😊 The delivery guys arrived ,very polite, put the furniture where I wanted it. This whole experience has been fantastic and I wish Charlies ran the bloody country!! Thank you so much , the furniture is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience 😊
