We ordered a patio dining set from the Shrewsbury store, it arrived on time and is a lovely set. The problem was that one of the cushions was missing so we phoned the store and was told someone would get back to us to arrange delivery. After a week we hadn’t heard from them so we phoned again and was told the same, still nobody called, again we phoned and again we were told the same thing. On the fourth time of calling they finally arranged for a cushion to be sent. I know it’s only a cushion but when you’ve paid a lot you expect everything to be there, mistakes happen but that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the feeling of being ignored. We have always visited Charlies and have always been happy with the service and the products, but why it took so long to sort out a simple problem is letting down an otherwise good company.
Bought a very expensive water feature which was not as described. Contacted Charlie and whilst they were responsive and empathetic they came across as very complacent and I don’t feel they were that interested.
Ordered arrived as advised. Lovely comfortable seats.

have used this company before, easy ordering site, only problem when the order turned up, only half order turned up, got in touch with charlies, straight away the guy who took my call was only happy to sort out, he told me what had happpened, got other phone calls and emails telling me what was happening. eventually the order turned up, excellent customer service, and the 100litre storage boxs were excellent, yes i would use this company again.
