Good price and quick delivery

As described. Postage took a bit longer than expected to actually dispatch.

Purchased correct size item, but it was small fitting so needed to change it. Contacted customer service who agreed I could exchange in my nearest store. The staff put the correct size to one side for me, I then called in the next day and exchanged it, very straightforward and helpful staff.

Packaged safely and good communication with the delivery service

The items ordered were unsuitable: they were collected the next day and a refund was provided promptly. I would use the store again due to the prompt return of funds and polite staff that I spoke with on the phone.

The service from Charlies was excellent but the item, tho serviceable, is not as described. The Bakestone was stated to be just over 6mm thick, in fact the one delivered to me is just under 5mm thick, nearly 20% thinner than advertised.
