Charlie's kept me informed of progress. The bistro set was as described, easily assembled & the price was good.😊 So my 5 stars are for Charlie's.....Arrow XL not so good! They didn't call me 30 mins before delivery. Delivered before time band (I was at home by time slot) & left the 2 boxes in back garden in the rain. I'm 78 & had to drag the heavy wet boxes into the Summer House. 😞. Would definitely use Charlie's again but remain home all day for delivery from Arrow XL.
Have known Charlie’s for many years from when my grandparents lived on the Welsh borders so was delighted to see that they deliver such a wide range of products all over the country. We are based in Surrey, ordered some pool chemicals which were a very reasonable price and they were delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend
I ordered the Smart Solar Muscat Solar Powered LED Metal Lantern - 29cm from Charlie’s and it was delivered quickly and well wrapped. The quality is excellent and I love the subdued light it throws as it gets dark outside. Very attractive in my garden.

Fantastic value . Slick website and ordering process . Customer service called the day after placing order to arrange convenient delivery date. Delivery within a couple of days with live tracking and a call 30 mins before arrival. Couriers happily carried our 6 seater table and chairs set through the house and onto rear patio. A nice looking garden arch quickly delivered. Assembly instructions were a bit basic and all parts needed to be drilled for assembly so maybe not suitable for an inexperienced diyer.
Fast delivery and well packaged. Fabulous and well made product - just hope the bees love it as much as I do but looks fab on the garden wall if they don’t !
