Customer service
Ordered.by phone, after experiencing problem on line. Didn't think. it had accepted my order! I rang instead. Wanted 6 rolls of bamboo edging. Young man who answered, told me he was sorry, but none left! 6 just been sold!!! Long, funny story later. Transpired that the last 6 rolls sold, were mine! Delivery very quick - love edging - good quality! Can't think of anything else I need, but would deffo use. Charlie's again! Great friendly service. Many thanks P. S I'm 84! Staff couldn't have been nicer!

Good customer service
I've bought from Charlie's a couple of times now, and it's always been a good experience. On my recent order one of the items had a manufacturing defect that made it hard to use. Their customer services were easy to contact and provided a free replacement in a timely manner. I will definitely buy from them again.

We had great service from the start
We had great service from the start. The local branch are always helpful. The gentleman who came to take our order was friendly and efficient. The delivery team were fantastic. Kept me updated with regards to arrival and I appreciated the phone call when close to me. Respected my property and handled the item with care bring it into the house.
