We have always our garden furniture from Charlie's as it reasonably priced and great service, this time we used the Aberystwyth store and we had great professional service from a young lady by the name of Abi, very polite and cheerful.

Prompt delivery, everything as described, cheaper shoes than I found elsewhere

the shoes areexactly as described, sold for an excellent price and on the standard delivery srvice arrive quite quickly i woul cetainly use them again if i need any of the products they deal in.

BEWARE OF ONLINE ORDERING. I wanted to return an online order. The order came with no paperwork or return address. The returns page on their website has no returns address so I called the store to ask for one. A lady rang me back and told me to bring it to store to return it. After I explained I live an hours drive away and asked for a return address to post the order back she told me she can’t help me. What a waste of time beware of ordering online.

Very quick delivery and very well packed

Knew lots about the stock they were selling and were very informative. Gave us details about different products and what else was available staring from the cheaper products to the most expensive and the pros and cons for each.

Quick delivery and good communication. The item was just as described. Before buying the parasol I rang to ask a question regarding the brand. Customer service lady was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The delivery men were professional,respectful and polite . The items ordered are of a superb quality I can’t wait to use them . They were packaged extremely well no damage whats so ever .

First time ordering from Charlie's. I wanted a pair of Grubs wellies. Charlie's offer a great price. I knew I might have problems with the fit so emailed to check what the cost of return was prior to ordering. I had a lovely email back. So ordered 3 different pairs but sadly none fit. Phoned to arrange a return and again their customer service couldn't be more helpful. Will not hesitate to order from Charlie's in the future and cant recommend them highly enough.
