I purchased a four way garden hanger as a present and recipient was delighted. The ordering process was very easy and delivery prompt. I would definitely use Charlie's again.

I placed my online order and the confirmation stated it would be delivered on or before the 4th of July, so I wasted a couple of days waiting for delivery then on the Friday 4th July as the day was closing I tried to track my order without success, still no delivery on the Monday 7th so had to go into coed y Dina’s on Tuesday 8th to get it sorted. Lots of wasted time.

The actual fountain is very good, both in size and construction. The pump seems to have an issue. The switch to adjust the flow doesn't seem to work, as regardless of which way it is turned the flow doesn't seem to change.
