Arbour as described. Arrived safely in wooden pallet. Assembly instructions included. I am physically disabled so the arbour was assembled by my wife (77) with some minor (self conceived) problems. we received a brabantia bin …. And when opening the box we could see it was broken inside…. I do not think there was any responsibility by the seller it obviously happened in transit or storage I would imagine.,.. the bin was eventually replaced after a few phone calls so I was content when it arrived…. Obviously, when dealing with a new company, you do get a little bit nervous that things aren’t going to go right but I’m glad they did go right so thank you for that.

The item we ordered was great quality and good value. We didn’t get much in terms of communication once the order was placed and it took longer to arrive than some other suppliers so I was a little worried. I made contact to check and the follow up from Charlie’s was quick and efficient.

We ordered a pergola paid for and had free delivery which all went well 1/7/25 However on going to the same shop a few days later to find out that the product had been reduced by £60.00. On enquiring with Manager who was very understand, he spoke to head office and said that they could not do anything about it. We wanted to return it as not opened to get refund to purchase at the discount price. It would have been courtesy of the office to refund us the £60.00 as the sale was on when our product was actually delivered to us.
