False Next Day Delivery Claim
I paid extra for next day delivery as advertised, as I needed the item urgently for a gift but unfortunately, it didn’t arrive on time. I was disappointed, especially given the added cost. It wasn’t worth the hassle to return, so I kept it, but I do hope Charlie’s might consider addressing this.
