I bought a new Better Dri Heavy Duty Retractable 5-Line Washing Line. The last one lasted for years and years. The new one was fine for a while, 3-4 months but then one of the lines got caught up on itself and would nether retract nor extend. I asked the customer service department for advice, they may have had the problem before and knew a quick fix, they did not. So without hesitation replaced it. No quibbles. The new one arrived a few days later. THANK YOU CHARLIES, IT'S A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU.

Bought a Brabantia ironing board and a Regatta waterproof jacket (the latter mostly to meet the free delivery entitlement!). Both items were extremely competitively priced and arrived within the delivery time estimate. Very pleased with both items so far - having had the exact same Brabantia board for the past decade or so before it fell apart, I'm expecting this one to last the same amount of time; and the jacket is stylish and very effective at keeping the rain out. So, good availability of products that I wanted, great pricing, quick delivery, and quality products. What's not to like?
