I was recommended this site by a family member. I found it to be very easy to use with a wide choice of items at competitive prices. I decided to place an order and my item was posted quickly. When it arrived just a couple of days later, my order was well packaged (it contained breakable items). All throughout the process from ordering to receiving my order, I received regular communication. I would be happy to recommend Charlie's to others.

Goods arrived promptly after ordering. Item was cheaper than local gardening centre and delivery was also a lot quicker.

First time ordering from Charlies and have to say, had no hassel, all items arrived in good condition and as advertised, also they have good prices compared to other places I had looked. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Back up service for me makes a 5 star supplier! I had been told that my parcel had been delivered and reached out to Chsrlies to investigate. They offered me a full refund or replacement. As it turned out my parcel did arrive the following day so I contacted Charlies to inform them I had so didn’t need replacement etc
