The team at Charlies in Shrewsbury are fantastic - they really care about the customer and the customer's needs and took the time to listen and help find the right product. They are very knowledgeable about the products too. I bought a garden furniture set, and everything was very smooth and happened when they said it would. Delivery was quick and the delivery team took great care and time on the day to make sure everything was ok for me. The cherry on top was that there was a tiny piece missing from the furniture (I'd bought it ex-display) - I hadn't got around to contacting Charlies or the manufacturer... and it turned up in the post yesterday! A team member had found it on the shop floor and took the care, time and effort to send it to me. WOW!! Highly recommed Charlies (and they had been recommended to me by somebody else!)

I was looking for a a pecific product, specific size and specific colour. Charlie's had it and at a brilliant price. Together with Royal Mail they got it to me speedily.

Great service from Charlies! Product well priced & exactly what we wanted. Ordering online was very easy. Product was delivered exactly when we wanted it. Only disappointing thing was the £40 delivery charge on a £98 punchase, which is highlighted as FREE over £75 as we live in the North East of Scotland! My daughter lives in Edinburgh so we got delivery to her for free!! Why is NE Scotland, only 120 miles north of Edinburgh?

Quick feedback on my query about the product I eventually bought (Gardman feeding station with feeders). I asked how it compared to the alternative without feeders - in particular whether it also had the same ground spike - yes it does. Very competitive price on offer. And quick delivery.

I bought a big barrel water butt. It is gorgeous and looks like a wooden barrel from a couple of meters away. It’s so lovely I ordered a second. Quality products from Charlies and delivery was prompt.

Ordered a dress. When it arrived it was most obviously a 'second' with stitching very poor in several places. I contacted Charlie's to request a refund & the whole process was a joke. From the initial request for a refund to the money landing back into my account was 20 days. I had to email on several occasions when promises were not followed up. I won't be shopping with Charlie's again...

Never use again caused me anxiety, numerous calls and had to collect my own item In a taxi. Poor customer service

I was looking at purchasing several matching garden planters and Charlies had a really good selection. The website was easy to use, the prices were extremely competitive and fast delivery was a bonus. I was really pleased with my purchase of three planters and the service I received from Charlies that I promptly bought another! I would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to making further purchases in the future.

Great ordering process and personal contact. Product arrived and was great except for a deep scratch on the table top. Informed customer service who arranged and got a replacement sent out. Great customer service.

Good sturdy planter. I bought a liner for it from amazon which is a good fit. I would have given it 5* but putting some of the screws in place was a challenge. However I don't think this would put me off purchasing another should I need one.
