Every thing was excellent. Sales, Admin and Delivery.

I paid for next day delivery but the items were not delivered until the following day. Also one chair cover was damaged. But the chairs are otherwise good.

Delighted with the Arbour - good quality, assembled (by professionals) in around 3 hours, really does seat six quite comfortably - and provides shelter from wind, sun and rain.. Would have appreciated notice of exact day of delivery for such a large item.

Great sale price for the lg outdoor ‘Monza’ furniture set and delivered within 2 days (to Scotland). After ordering I received a phone call to arrange delivery. I agreed a delivery date provided it would be in the afternoon, call handler advised I could opt for an afternoon delivery once the courier confirmed. What they didn’t mention was that opting for a morning or afternoon slot would cost an extra £35! Managed to make arrangements to receive the order at the courier’s allocated time, they ended up arriving 3hrs later than the allocated slot (delivery tracker was not accurate). However when they did arrive, the courier did kindly offer to take away the outside packaging and happily checked the items over with us as the box was a bit bashed. Apart from this, very happy with Charlie’s service, great quality item and their price couldn’t be beaten.

I searched online for suitable storage, and having identified suitable boxes, I them searched for the best price, and Charlie's came out on top. So great products at competitive prices, delivered promptly. Recommended seller.

We ordered garden furniture and cover. Delivery was quick, was kept up to date with everything. We had an issue with the cover twice.. not Charlies fault but they resolved it quickly both times . Fantastic customer service, whis all companies where this helpful and quick at resolution.
