James was extremely thorough. His report clearly categorised items from 1 (no action) to 3 (short term action recommended), estimating likely costs in each case. He was friendly and professional throughout, including a debriefing Teams meeting to discuss/clarify the report. I won't hesitate to use Charlecote Estates again.

In the end it was the level of detail and possible consequences of the issues found. It cost me £1275 for the survey but saved me at least 10 times in fixing the issues. From the outset James was polite, explained what he would do and gave me a timescale. In reality it was much shorter than indicated. Great value for money.

Had to find a surveyor online as we are remote from the area we are moving to. Charlecote responded promptly to my initial enquiry. The survey happened on the date agreed, and I had a detailed survey sent to me by close of business the same day, as well as a phone call to go over the main points. Excellent service. Happy to recommend.

Comprehensive surveys and easy to understand reports. Got a phone call the day of the survey to discuss the findings, and the report was easy to follow with plenty of description, photos and what to do. Unfortunately our first property purchase fell through, we used Charlecote again on the next property as we had such a good service the first time around. Would 100% recommend, fab surveyors.

From the time I called them everything went smoothly. Our property was vacant so I was given a date but they even managed to squeeze our survey in earlier than planned. They called me after the survey with findings and then forwarded email. Definitely use this company again.
