In the end it was the level of detail and possible consequences of the issues found. It cost me £1275 for the survey but saved me at least 10 times in fixing the issues. From the outset James was polite, explained what he would do and gave me a timescale. In reality it was much shorter than indicated. Great value for money.

Really helpful surveyor and efficient service. Initially I requested a level 3 survey but the surveyor was very knowledgeable regarding the local area and advised a level 2 survey would be sufficient. The survey was booked in very quickly and the report was thorough and very clear.
