I had a lovely experience at Car Giant with Stephanie who was very knowledgeable and professional as I am looking to purchase a new car!

I would not recommend purchasing any Audi E-Tron electric cars from the car giant as they are not telling you the truth when it comes to driving ranges and they inexperienced in advice offered to the customers. I complained when my car is doing no where near the range it suggests and they are fobbing me off by making me go to Audi for a diagnostic ! This will take the ownership time to 4 weeks allowing them to push me away. My argument is that they have not provided the correct information when I viewed/ purchased the car (as I don’t know if they aware of electric car ranges themselves) They then said they would take the car after 1 week for 2.5k less than I paid ! This is shocking customer service ! I have brought 3 cars from car giant as I felt they were good value and honest after sales.

Stephen N. is the best! I went in today as I needed a new car asap!! This lovely salesman stayed with me for 4 hours whilst I asked him a million questions over and over again. He has the patience of a saint cos I can be highly annoying at times as I ask the same questions over and over and I’m quite indecisive. He spoke to me about all options and went through things clear so that I could understand. Wouldn’t have brought the car if it wasn’t for him tbh. The whole team is a vibe tbh as lots of the managers came over and had a laugh with us so you can really see the team work there. Only complaint is that they didn’t have any free biscuits.

Very helpful staff. Petya was extremely helpful and efficient she was not pushy and was a breath of fresh air as most car sales can be intimidating, pushing the sale and other options.

Great customer service from Ricardo, Lery during sales and Luis at collection of our new vehicle. We part exchanged our vehicle on a Saturday and the process was simple and efficient. We collected on Sunday, the following day! Nice and simple!
