I will never go to CarGaint again I have done a part exchange with Bmw with my Nissan Xtrail I been told next service is June 2025 . I collect my car on Monday and Wednesday it’s starting to sign off service requires I contact with Cargiant I have spoken with Sameul he told me he going to investigate and come back to me 3 to 5 working day . After 6 day he said they could not understand the language I spoke with the sales representative. But they have many staff who can speak the same languages. What a JOKE?

Have been lied to from start to finish. Bought a car from CarGiant in July. I noticed there was no spare tyre/space saver in the boot. When I mentioned this to the salesman, he told me that was standard practice and that it would be put in the vehicle after purchase. When I picked it up, I was told none of their cars are sold with spare tyres. They also left my driving licence in a locker at the showroom (they had to hold onto it while I did the test drive). After I bought the car, they told me they had given it back to me and that I must have lost it as they had checked the locker and it wasn't there. So I had to buy a new one. 2 weeks later, they call me and tell me it was in fact in the locker the whole time. 2 months later, the car fails it's MOT because of a faulty Catalytic Converter, costing me over £1,000. This is covered by the warranty, so I called them and also submitted my claim by email with the relevant documents. I was promised a response within 2 hours. Almost 24 hours later, still no response despite several calls and emails asking for updates. My car is sat in the garage waiting for repairs that cannot happen until CarGiant authorise it. I'm left without a car and unable to work as a result. Update - They have eventually approved the work so will pay for the repair. So, i have updated my rating. However, if you're going to force customers to get approval from you before allowing garages to begin work, you need to be MUCH quicker to review claims.

I was looking for a new car as I needed a 7 seater for when my family visits and we are 1 person extra for my current car. I got good value for my old car (which I had also purchased from cargiant - and the one before that) and exchanged it towards my new car. Irfan from sales was really nice. He spent time showing the cars although it was a busy day.
