Good company, delivered on the agreed day and everything was as ordered. Cannot fault their service and communication.

I'm very happy with the specialised guidance, support and the out of the box thinking from Steve, who managed to arrange the materials of my project and saved me lots of money. The people behind the phone make a huge difference compared to other providers. Great offering and prices.

I would not recommend this company as they can't guarantee you will receive the products you might need. Spent time searching their website to find the items I needed, as stated on the home page "SHOP THE MATERIALS YOU NEED" purchased 7 products totalling over £300 and then received the following email Thank you for the above order. I have checked with the local depot and sadly they are not able to arrange the delivery due to lack of stock in your area Therefore, with regret this order has been refunded back to you Thanks, How can it be that out of hundreds of products they claim to have for sale, I happen to purchase 7 items that weren't available. Instead of putting information about issues with potentially not getting the products you need in the delivery section, it would be more logical to state on the product page or at least have the information on the home page, instead of just having, ONE STOP SHOP Everything a call or click away SAVE TIME AND MONEY Quick, easy and hassle free SPEEDY DELIVERY Nationwide delivery on all orders. It's obvious that everything is not a call or click away, saving time and hassle free isn't accurate and nationwide delivery isn't speedy on all orders. Apologising for the inconvenience is no excuse for a bad website format.

Have never had the need to purchase a big order of building materials before, but following my son buying a property in Market Rasen he sanctioned me as his builder(something I have never done before). From Liverpool I had to organise delivery and make sure I had made the journey. I found BuildingMaterials online the ordering and delivery service where spot on took away a big worry I had about bringing everything together. Will definitely use again once I have assessed the further materials I need to finish the job.

All that was ordered was supplied very quickly and no issues. Fantastic service.

Alex Lister was a fantastic help, there was a shortage of materials yet he still managed to pull what I needed for my build out of the bag with no extension to lead time and no stress (which was a bespoke item), keeping everything to my original build plan and original budget. Alex is and was great to work with and couldn't have asked for a better service.

All round top experience. Guided by Jason throughout the whole process so that I got what was needed rather than my unwise ideas. Delivered was no problem. Driver was helpful, wanted to give me a hand but I let him go as he had another delivery to make. Top service all round thank you, led by Jason.

Had an order where there were quite a few problems getting the delivery day right, then some of the items that arrived were wrong. James at Building Materials stepped up and solved all the problems so everything arrived on the day I needed them and wrong items were replaced within a couple of hours. Problems can happen with any order anywhere but its how those problems are dealt with that show the quality of customer service. I don't often write reviews but James deserves credit for this and I will definitely be using them again and recommending to others.
