You didn't deliver the one thing i was waiting for, didn't call to offer an alternative it set me back 4 days. On the bright side your digital customer help line tried hard but in the end I had to wait for a friend and went to the store and bought one

The pay and collect worked very well. Indeed faultless. The forklift driver who brought my goods was both polite and considerate and helped put everything in my car. The only negative was the time spent trying to get to the parking area. The queue of vehicles was all the way on to the main road. Never seen it so congested

The stupid delivery driver signed for this himself and did not hand it to me, now it's missing and I'm out of pocket!!!
