Good experience, fast shipping, best price. But... They use a "dumb courier" which thinks the entire PA postcode is on the moon. PA 1 -19 is on the mainland in fact just off a major UK motorway. The rest of the PA postcodes are on islands. So why blacklist the whole of the PA region? Pointless discrimination. Please find a courier which is in the 21st century.

I received the wrong flooring and the return process is a nightmare . Took them 9 days to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one. I tried to get in touch to a manager to explain the struggle they will tell( not only once ) you a manager will give you a call but it won’t . I had twice a courier to come at the property to collect with little or no notice ( we do not live at the property as it’s being refurbished ) altough they knew the situation. Over 30 emails back and forth and god knows how many phone calls I had to make to resolve a not very complicated situation . People I spoke to over the phone were nice tough

Very good service, I needed some superfoil tape and couldn’t find any locally all other sites where 3 days delivery, builder depot was next day.

Got the product that I wanted and it arrived timeously. Good price too

Although one bag of sand was missing the recovery process was outstanding, quick, efficient and friendly.
