We ordered skirting boards and they charged us Β£44.00 for the delivery which was mentioned in a very small print and the standard delivery was Β£4.95. They were supposed to deliver on Friday and still haven't delivered and they didn't even contact us.

Ordered an item as it was the cheapest online price, said they had posted it out, after 1 week no delivery had arrived and the courier company said they hadnβt received any items from them, called twice to customers services that said they would call back, nothing!! Cancelled order and got a refund
