The food was good but the service was terrible because we waited a hour for our food

Had a meal delivered. It was not a good meal. I have pictures if needed. Also ordered sausage gravy paid 4.99 for 3 tablespoons. We took the gravy back to the restaurant. Very rude employees. Told me you get what you get pretty much.

Ordered turkey dinner 12/26/2022. I shouldn’t have. Clearly, what I received were refrigerator leftovers. Mashed potatoes had a thick, yellowish crust covering them. Dressing was discolored…grayish. Bread rolls were dark brown, flat and horribly dry. 2 pieces of pecan pie were as hard as a rock. The turkey slices were okay. Server should have just told me they were out of turkey dinner, order something else. Never again going there.

Delivery of Breakfast Meal was delivered late & incomplete, not the first time, it has happened more than once. When questioned the only thing they do is to point fingers to other people who deliver their food, they are the ones who pack the bag, while door dash picks up & delivers. The Managers only know how to argue & act very offensive & use hard language, when one Manger is willing to give credit for mess up, the 2nd one comes & tosses the phone to the 3rd Manger, who starts screaming & when you question, she hangs up th phone. Bad way to do business to speak to customers in a rude & viscous way. If only I could speak to GM & see what he do about this whole Mess.

The carryout order i ordered on 12/22/2022 was wrong with one of my orders, and i called to speak with management about it and he was not of help at all,not planning to ever go back to this non profession place.He saids they do not give receipts what kind of crap is that. He said only for online orders you get a receipts I never ever heard of not giving receipts for things.

Ordered 2 sirloin meals online charged my card and then called me back to tell me they didn't have sirloin so I subbed it with chopped sirloin meal is 13.89 chopped is 7.99 charged me the same ripped off 11.80

The service was super poor. We wait for one hour and a half. Then other clients that walk in after us was served first. We still waiting for another Half hour. Was our first time and the last on this location, Lake Wales, Florida.😡

Buy B.E. chicken gravy for all family events for yrs. This year ordered 8-qts for an extra large Thanksgiving Dinner $76.24. Got "flavored", light on the flavor. So thin was like it was cut to go further. Needless to say T-day without the gravy! Very disappointed. Wrote B.E. to be answered within 48-hrs. Almost 2-wks now, NO RESPONSE.

The waitress was a sweetie. I was disappointed that there was no cornmeal mush on the menu anymore. It was why we decided to eat there. The grapes should have been tossed. Everything else was good and the service was great.

This location on cedar in South Euclid is terrible. People are waiting so long to be seated that they leave. No one seems to care about the customer. Tables aren't bussed. We like Bob Evans but we're never coming back here to this location. When the food eventually came out was delicious. Biscuits were ordered but didn't come out until after I was done with dinner.

Is not clean ! Enough bathroom are bad

I honestly don't know where to begin. It was so bad it was embarrassing. I was the host of a group of nine family members for Thanksgiving in 2022. The waitress was pleasant but certainly not well trained. The orders were all mixed up and many of them had to be sent back many times. Example, potatoes without gravy ordered had gravy and potatoes that should have had gravy had no gravy, plates with no dressing required had dressing and had to go back, people that ordered beans didn't get beans people that ordered mac and cheese didn't get mac and cheese the orders did not come out all at once they came out haphazard. I, being the host with my wife and we did not get our order until most everyone had finished eating, and then they kept bringing out an order with the wrong stuff on it and I ended up accepting an order that was completely wrong just to get something to eat and get out of there. All of this and we spent over $160 not including the gratuity. My gosh it was so incompetent. The orders were not accurate. They were not timely. They were not hot. The quality of the food was not commensurate with the price one was paying. I shall never ever ever go back into this establishment. It was embarrassing. Honestly, I would have been more satisfied by staying home and eating a Spam burger with fried potatoes than to have visited this establishment and had this experience. My wife and I were mortified!

Onions in green beans .no way kids didn't like that nor myself.dressing taste like crumble bread out of a bag.could not change to anothr pie.not everyone likes pumpkin pie.the bread was tasteless.could not change to banana bread.tyrkey n ham was ok.would I do this again.no will make my own.from smoker

I had to drive another 50 miles round trip and spend another 10 in gas, to return and get missing (Main Dish) items. The manager at: (840 Perry Ave Big Rapids, MI 46805 (231) 592-1381) was rather distant and put me off to just call back. Manager showed (zero) empathy. Since this above encounter I checked online and found numerous complaints of orders missing items like mine. There are a lot of online complaints. Bob Evans needs to (LISTEN) to the customers. But they will not do this. I likely will NOT frequent Bob Evans in the future. There management and customer support leaves much to be desired. It's their loss, as we eat out frequently. Placed my Thanksgiving day farmhouse feast order two weeks in advance, using the online order feature. I picked up my order on Wednesday at 1730. I confirmed with the person who brought my order to my car that everything was there. I ordered the pot roast farmhouse feast for 10. The next morning we unpacked and inventoried and found they had not included the cooked carrots or cooked onions, what a nightmare. I called the restaurant, explained my delema with the manager. He said he would get it ready, i drove 35 miles to pickup the carrots and onions. Got home and found the onions were cooked and fine, while the carrots were raw. Ill never order Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner heat and eat again. It always turns into a fools errand, it was quite obvious no one bothered to double check my order.

Thanksgiving dinner I brought home was very disappointing two slices of some kind of Turkey processed, little bit of gravy little scoop of mashed potatoes dressing corn and some string beans very disappointing. It's very tasteless we'll never do this again.

I have driven by the Bob Evans Restaurant on Gulf-to-Bay in Clearwater, Florida many times. This one time I decided to have breakfast. The meal was OK, but the servers seemed unhappy and hated working there. My waitress would answer my questions about my order by turning away or rather giving me the answer as she walked away. Noticed this was her habit with other tables too. At checkout there were three registers and three people behind the counter, all talking amongst themselves. One was on the phone. After waiting all of five minutes, I said if someone does not take my money in one-minute, I'm leaving and you can call the police, Finally, a fourth older fellow came by and took my check, but the register was now not working somehow. I just handed him a ten-spot and walked out --- never to return!!

I understand it was Thanksgiving but no need to be rude. I just got off work ordered online and at the Ocala location the woman was so rude not necessary whatsoever.

I ordered the turkey Thanksgiving feast for 4 and got 8 slices of very thin turkey.. 4 very tiny containers of cranberry relish. I have to go out and buy a turkey breast this morning in order to have enough to feed everyone. Very disappointed and will NEVER order this again.. I will strongly not recommend to anyone.. very dissatisfied with it. Turkey feast, I think not.. it should be turkey taste, Cause that's all you are getting..
