Worst birthday dinner ever

Took my grandson and his siblings for his birthday. Ordered and waited and waited and waited. Never brought rolls or appetizers before the meal although the table beside us who got there after us and had the same server got theirs. Watched our food sit in the window under the heat lamp for 18 minutes so needless to say everything was dried out. The tomatoes on my chicken dish were mushy and hot. Worst food and service ever and it was not because they were busy. Management needs to step it up and instead of standing around actually make sure food is getting ran out on time.

great service

We go to the Bob Evans In Mayfield Heights Ohio. The Manger there Vonda was awesome. She makes sure everyone has a great experience and if there is and issue she gets it fixed right away. She greets everyone with a hello and a smile always. She treats everyone like family. Love going there.

I don't normally give any type of bad…

I don't normally give any type of bad reviews but this on got me. I order 2 breakfast meals and of course an item was missing from one order. They had the audacity to tell me to call doordash back and reorder that item. I told them I will not do that and be charged again for the mistake they made. I even told them it happened before, but I let it go. NOT THIS TIME! Only because the woman in the background gave me attitude. I am done with the them for good!!!

Poor service

I visited the restaurant in Laurel, Maryland. The server picked up the utensils, did not say a word, started walking and then turned to me and said "follow me." I ordered the double meat breakfast and the sausages were cooked hard and burned around the edges. It appeared they may have been leftovers and warmed over. The French toast was hard around the edges. I requested replacement sausage which did not look much better. The server never came back to offer additional coffee or water. She brought the bill to the table and said" you can pay up front. After my meal, I needed a box for leftovers and she was nowhere to be found. I went to the front to ask someone to have her return to the table. All of a sudden, she appeared from the back and asked if I needed a box and a bag. I have eaten at this location several times and this has to be the worst service experienced.

The worst omelet ever

The worst omelet ever. I had a ham, cheese and mushroom omelet. It was greasy, mushrooms just dumped out of a can and eggs did not have any taste. Watered down egg yolks. You would think they could get that right. STAY AWAY from Bob Evans in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.

Horrible customer service

We drove quite a distance to pick up an Easter meal that we ordered in advance. We paid an additional $12.99 for Mac n cheese, and it was not in the order when we picked it up even though it showed clearly on the receipt. I called them as soon as we got home, and noticed it was missing. They said my only option was to return to the restaurant with my receipt and pick it up. I asked for a refund since they're so far from my home, and they said they cannot give refunds. I didn't even get an apology from them, even though it was their mistake. They didn't seem to care one way or another. Horrible customer service!

I went in for breakfast and decided to order Onion rings to go, the accused me of trying to steal the onion rings after I had already paid for them. I will NEVER go back there.... Stay away from Bob Evans in Somerset,

First time for Bob Evan’s and the last

First time for Bob Evan’s and the last. Went to the one in Branson for breakfast. Everyone’s meal was below average at best. Each person at our table had an issue. Portions were very skimpy. I mean embarrassing skimpy. Like a finger size portion of hash browns. Toast burnt. Over easy eggs broken and cooked through. Chicken sausage tasted very odd. Coffee was old. Omelette was a greasy mess and broken up. If we weren’t time constrained, we would have had a discussion with the on duty manager. Whoever was in the kitchen this day did no favors for the Bob Evan’s brand. We were not the only table that was disappointed. We took pictures too. The only thing that saved this from being a total disaster was the server. Don’t recommend and won’t be going back. At least we tried.

Bob Evans did not abide by their guarantee

Bob Evans sent me just turkey breast with Family Feast meal. Their menu says I would get whole turkey. They refuse to honor their guarantee of 100% reimbursement if not satisfied. They will not return my money! SHAME ON YOU BOB EVANS!! I paid over $100 for that meal & you didn't give me full turkey!

Took my 3-year-old to eat a Bob Evans…

Took my 3-year-old to eat a Bob Evans and I got a carry out order. Every single bit of it except for the roles in the gravy was horrible or potatoes wasn't even done! They still had a lot of time left if they needed to be cooked to be done. The rest of the food was just plain nasty. So I contacted customer relations and they apologize to me for my experience told me that they was going to send me a gift card so that my next visit with my daughter would be taken care of for the inconvenience and my experience. And I even have all the emails to prove this and I never received a gift card. I told them numerous times that there was an apartment number included in my street address and they still sent the card to the street address with no apartment number on it so the post office told me personally that if they did that the card got sent back to them. I hope that that makes them feel better to know that you're taking a single mother's money that couldn't afford it in the first place I just wanted to give my little girl a treat and I just after that experience I pretty much feel robbed of my money because of the way that the food was that I ordered I don't even think I would call it food. I understand that they get busy okay if you get busy tell your customers that tell them it's going to be a while longer on your order because we want to give it to you completely done we don't want to give it to you halfway done and have you chew on crunchy potatoes. We don't want to give you cold food when it's supposed to be warm. Even though that's what your money pays for we're not going to give that to you, and when you message customer relations back about your address and they ignore you that really makes me want to go back to Bob Evans and buy more food. It's disgusting I pretty much spent the money that I had on my three year old to eat and she didn't even get to eat it like I said Bob Evans to us that's a big treat because I'm poor dirt poor and you took my money!! Actually you took my 3-year-old's money it was a treat for her not me I could care less about myself. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for serving food like that and then lying and saying you're sending the gift card which you knew it was going to get kicked back to you (even if you really did send it in the first place because I don't believe that you did; not the way with customer service was treating me throughout the whole ordeal) which did you got sent back to you and instead of sending it out to me at the right address you just say forget it we don't care! I don't believe they sent it out in the first place I truly don't! So once again thank you Bob Evans for serving us nasty food that was undercooked and cold, and thank you for pretty much stealing my money, and thank your customer relations team for their good job on deceitful practices and rudeness they need to take a course on interpersonal communication, and how not to lie and not to ignore someone!

Worst experience ever

4 people said "be with you in a minute", 10 minutes later we get a table But there was only 5 tables with people already, rest were empty. No customers in front of us. THEN it took 10 minutes to get our drinks & food order. After another 15 minutes we get the drinks. After an hour we Never got our food to eat there.

My husband and I love Bob Evan’s

My husband and I love Bob Evan’s, but unfortunately we don’t live near one. Last year we were in Petoskey, MI and tried to eat at their Bob Evan’s, but they were closed at 4:30 PM! The sign said they closed early due to staffing shortages. Today, we were driving through Ocala, FL on our way home to Pensacola. We stopped at the Ocala I75 location. There were plenty of open tables, but the lobby was full of people waiting to be seated. Some had already been waiting fo 45 minutes! We did not have time to wait, so again we were not able to get our BE fix. The “we can’t get workers” excuse is getting old. Two groups walked out this morning just before we did because of the wait time, so they lost at least three paying tables. Bob Evan’s would be ahead in the long run if they raised their menu prices a bit and offered pay that would entice employees to work for them. People will pay for good timely service.

Went to the location on us19 and Ridge Rd in Port Richey Florida we placed our order an hour later our food was not ready and we weren't told anything from our waitress seemed to have a really bad attitude worst service or should I say lack there of

Just bought a family size of mashed potatoes. Date is 2/26/24. They and Walmart had best be on alert if I get sick from tasting rancid potatoes! I am furious.

Breakfast Lake Whales Bob Evans

Lake Whales, Fl location Feb 14, 2024, morning Showed up several people waiting to be put on list. 10 min no one came to front at all, no hostess, cashier, no one. Saw 3 people just standings other side. Got on list another 10 min ok, found out only two servers, but there were 4 other people just standing around watching. No management in sight. 10 min before anyone stopped at table, again 3 or 4 other just watching, not helping poor servers at all. Not even making or serving coffee Gave order, 5 minutes got empty coffee cups, 10 minutes later got coffee. Once I finally got some coffee, I just watched the chaos for 30 min. It was pathetic. No manager ever appeared. No one helped the 2 servers at all. Just watched. The manager needs replaced immediately. The 2 Servers were Heroes. Worst thing I’ve seen in over 60 yrs.

Cold food is disappointing.

We have ordered from the Bob Evans on Blairwood off of Hurstbourne Ln several times over the past few weeks. We arrive to pick up before the order it is ready and the food was still cold by the time we travel the 1.8 miles home to enjoy the meal. The orders were correct but it was very disappointing.

Don’t bother with Bob Evans

Ate at the Columbia, Missouri restaurant. So-so service. Meal was not “hearty” as described in the menu. In fact, when I was finished I was still hungry! Small portion size at a full meal price….$17 with beverage. Not worth it.

Kalie

Our waitress, Kalie, was AMAZING! This is my first time ever eating at a Bob Evans and she made my dining experience so much better. This was in Sebring, Fl. I will ask for Kalie next time I eat here. She is superb!
