Bob Evans Restaurants

I like Bob Evans value meals. They are smaller portions. Small enough but feel you up .

Saturday 1-25-2020 had breakfast at the Bridgeton mo. location on St Charles Rock Road. Breakfast was good but was slow getting to the table. Server talked the 3 of us into getting soup to go. Two of us ate the chili on Sunday and it wasn't to bad. All three of us ate potatoe soup on Monday and agreed was the WORSE potatoe soup we had ever had.

My husband ordered the roast beef sandwich and a baked potato and he enjoyed every crumb. I had pancakes that were perfect. Our service was excellent. Thank you Bob Evans.

Would give no stars if i could. 2 locations in North Poet and Port Charlotte, sloppy service by staff and Manager who left us stood waiting. New staff flirting with other staff rather than working. Complained to Bobs customer service, standard email back to say looking into it and will post voucher, after checking our address, explained we from UK and here til 4 Jan. No voucher and now doesn't respond to emails. Having been going to Bobs for years, couple times a week in different locations when here on holidays, never again. No wonder they all going to pot if customer services is the same. Not worth complaining. Just dont visit!

Managers treat staff very poorly at gallipolis ohio went into eat while walking out the manager was cussing at employees my food was very nasty along with hair into it get told they couldn't get me a new order never seen a manager to assist with this situation caught a skinny girl who worked there doing drugs in the bathroom , also I've seen cockroaches while there the place is very nasty and disgusting for anyone to eat there dont know how the place hasn't been shut down by now I looked at a woman taking a old gentleman that is a veteran who had been eating there also empty a bag his pockets etc over a York pattie said that he had stolen this York pattie from their counter when he checked out just for them to humiliate him alone they didn't find anything on him or his belongings and when I checked out I asked why did they do that to that old man and she had told me everything that I just witnessed and told me now they put all candy up in the back when he comes into eat daily , wow is what I thought he fought for the country and he got treated like a dog what a shame of the employees to do that man that way , also witnessed the skinny girl with glasses lick her finger and place on the register to check out people said that it helps notice her finger print , seen waitress get Bread with no gloves on nasty nasty the place needs investigated badly I for one will not ever go there to gallipolis ohio bob Evan's nor any other bob Evan's again so who wants to try bob Evan's do yourself a favor and DON'T

We went to the Bob Evans in Gallipolis Ohio. The food was great, no problem there. However, I think the waitresses need to be trained that the dinner plates should be removed prior to setting the desert on the table. Our waitress pushed the dirty dinner dishes aside and put our desserts in front of us, so our table was loaded with dirty dishes and it was disgusting. I won't go back there again because of that.

Food is very good. We had chili and was so good. Nice waitress named Colette . Clean restaurant. One of the best in Cadillac.

Green beans are canned,mashed potatoes did not taste like real potatoes,country steak about 1/4 inch thick,country gravy no flavor,rolls smelled and tasted like yeast. Terrible meal. Never order Bob Evans again. How are they still in business?

We just went to Bob Evans in Festus, Mo to eat dinner - our waitress “ Taleah” went above and beyond at servicing us tonight. Of course the Turkey platter is Delicious and we come often just for it!!!! We want to make sure you are aware of a Great Employee you have on the front line - Excellent service!!!!!!!!

Renee our server was absolutely a delight. She made sure our coffee was always full, and that the food was to our liking. Speaking of food it was so good! The hot cakes I recommend!
