Miss my job

I used work bob evan i was fired cause i said some thing too my boss i was wrong however this lady pushed me too my last .i was told many lies about me getting promoted or raises than i find out other have gotten raises .i gave my best in the five years i was there mmost of the customer know me by my name and come to eat my cooking everyday .iwas always made to do my job but other wasnt here is what i come to evreyday i had too always clean and portion there work .

I absolutely had by far the best…

I absolutely had by far the best experience ❤️ From my hostess who took my to go order Jasmine along with the cook and management Stacy ! I loved my meal it was spectacular!!! Thank you so much for everything I can’t thank you enough ❤️❤️If you are hungry check out the chestnut location bob evans

horrible

horrible. just horrible i got my food and nothing was seasoned, just plain home fries that were OLD and my “loaded” fries the cheese was hard and dried up and it was only on one part of the fries, and the bacon was cold, overall horrible and i will NEVER be going there again, that place should just be shut down.

This restaurant does not deserve even 1…

This restaurant does not deserve even 1 star.Very poor service. Service slow and food marginal at best. Waitress made allegations that patently false It seemed the atmosphere in the restaurant was very tense with an angry manager. It was so bad I'm seriously thinking of consul.

Visited the restaurant in Springboro

Visited the restaurant in Springboro, Ohio yesterday and was disappointed in the safeguards they were taking during this pandemic. Our server, Gavin, was wearing a mask that only covered his mouth. We also saw several other employees who were doing the same or not wearing a facial covering at all. We didn't feel safe during our visit. Would appreciate some feedback from corporate.

I love Bob Evans

I love Bob Evans! They consistently provide great food and service. I especially like their whole wheat hotcakes. My only complaint is that they don't have more locations in Georgia. :)

Thanks for nothing BOB

Well, let me waste more time instead of eating as I am hungry. Last night I tried to get food at Bob Evans. I got there at 7:55 and they wouldn't let me in their LOCKED door. When I called they said I couldn't come in because they were closed. I pointed out that their sign said closes at 8. The girl who said she was the manager said they were closed and hung up. So, for some reason I decided to try them again tonight. After spending my time getting an order ready at 7:30 I went to check out. When asked when did I want my food, ,,i would think they would assume now,,,I was only given the option of ordering tomorrow or any day after that. So, I wasted more time trying to call them. Their recording kept telling me to go to their web sight. Joke. After calling 8 times before getting an answer I was told it was too late, I can't get food. Thanks for the GREAT service. What's your stupid slogan? You treat friends like family. I would sure hate to be part of you family. Thanks for nothing. Enjoy the 1 star, It's the lowest option I had.

Not made as ordered

I asked for EXTRA WELL DONE shredded potatoes an pd extra for cheese an bacon an a side of hollandaise sauce. Walk out look in bag no sauce but a got a cup of bacon pieces I walk bk in tell them there like oh I'll fix that right up on they give me the sauce but throw cold cheese an cold bacon on top of my under cooked potatoes....not please I paid an extra 1.98 for this an they screwed it up

My EASTER DINNER was a disaster

My EASTER DINNER was a disaster. I ordered from Bob Evens in Kent Ohio on Devon place I ordered our dinner last wee. I went on Sunday waited outside for 45 minutes nothing was prepared, Finally got my order walking outside not sure who this girl was said you have to have this paper, Got home my husband taking out the meal was a disgrace, Corn was frozen, don[t want to say what the beans looked like. Said I had to cook the turkey does not taste like turkey. I spent 59.99 plus tip of 8.99 ended up in the trash. Called the manager and asked for the corporate first a girl answered and hung up on me then I call back. we are a one income family. Spending that much on food thought I going to get a nice meal. When I talked to the manager he said he could not do anything for me. Yes he got my money and don't care. I would appreciate my money back and not a gift card. Thank You Betty Arner

It’s tough right now to be critical but…

It’s tough right now to be critical but we placed an Easter lunch order for pick up at 1:30 PM...we got there and a line of 30 to 40 people were out front...not counting who was inside the vestibule, 2 to 3 feet from one another, 3/4 without masks...wandering in and out of the line. Bob Evans you have some responsibility!!! Don’t make appointments you can’t manage....have people wait in their cars for a text or just do delivery only. Corporate responsibility!! You can do better...

I also would give a zero if that was possible. I ordered the Easter special for my wife and I last evening so that it would be ready for use to eat Easter Sunday evening. I paid for it at the time. I went to pick it up and found the store closed with signs posted saying they were our of food. I saw an employee leaving the store with a big Bob Evans bag filled with food for her and her family and asked if it made a difference that I paid in advance. She replied that they had already removed the charges. WRONG!! The charge (and a healthy tip) are on my card and there is no credit (yet). Why is it that Bob Evans can't manage their operation so that they know how much food they have and cut off on-line orders? Definitely won't trust Bob Evans again.

I would give 0 stars

I would give 0 stars. Went to pick up Easter order and was told they were 1.5 hours behind or more. It was a mess!! I said I want to cancel they said ok. They took out the money now I have to deal with them to get it back.

The food is always good

The food is always good. Prices are fine. Telephone call in to the Bob Evans on Rt 135 in Greenwood, IN today, 3/22/20, was poor. I very carefully and distinctly phoned in 3 dinner meals. Error 1 one meal was fish instead of shrimp. Error 2 I got dressing instead of requested green beans Error 3 I did not get cole slaw in lieu of potatoes. (I did not get either). Error 4 I did not get the carrots that are part of the standard order. Error 5 None of the 3 dinner meals included the small portion of cranberry that is part of the standard dinner. So beware if you order more than a hamburger. The person taking the order may not be listening as carefully as you are speaking.

Forgot half the Order on A Delivery

Ordered online for delivery as a surprise for my Sick Mum who cannot go out and they forgot her whole pie! I had everything paid for including the tip so she did not have to worry about a thing, just open the door and take it. They refused to bring a pie that was already paid for back to her, saying that it would be an extra delivery and extra charge. So what I wanted to be a nice surprise for her turned out to be her getting shorted and upset and on pie day of all days.

I am 100% disabled and a veteran

I am 100% disabled, and I'm a partially disabled veteran. I've frequented Bob Evans for years, I also purchase Bob Evans sausage at grocery stores....."Not No More"!!! I was completely disrespected by the assistant manager at store56 on Snow road in Brookpark, Ohio by his tone and mannerisms for asking to set at particular table, and be served by a hostess/waitress who would cut my meats up to bite size and season my meals for me, since they have grinder salt and pepper shackers! Their food isn't that great either.....not worth the money! I reported him to corporate and their response to the incident was a gift card......🤔!!!

ALWAYS missing items or food is wrong

I can honestly say that in several years times of going to my local Somerset location at least 1-2 times monthly, they have never ONCE made my order exactly correct. I swear to god on my life - never one time ever. There's always something wrong, or something missing, every single time. Even when I finally got sick of it after spending $100 in two days for event food, I called and talked to the manager. He was nice enough, and replaced about $55 worth of food for my next gathering. And even the REPLACEMENT was screwed up, wrong items and missing items. I placed it over the phone even. I usually place it online so it can be written and dictated exactly and still yet, always something wrong. Here I sit again after spending almost 50 bucks and it's wrong, and missing items that I paid for. The ONE and only item that one person wanted, who wanted NOTHING else, (Green beans) - was freaking missing. But the liar at the checkout marked it off and pretended they made sure it was in the bag. They always do that, check it off without actually looking. So now "Sorry you have to watch everyone else eat" I know what you're thinking. Why do I keep going back here?? Well because it's everyone's favorite. The parts that they DO get right are pretty damn good. I just don't think we'll be going back anymore. I don't want to call and have to deal with the store manager, he has enough to worry about because they have so many complaints as it is and he's too nice of a guy to add more stress to.
