VIRUS I noticed from reading the…

VIRUS I noticed from reading the reviews that were during I go the 2 different Bob Evand summer and winter I have noticed that during the virus YES there are some problems but I have noticed everyone is maxes out including us so please please take it easy its not a perfect world It will all work out and we will love the food and service will be just likke it was thomas marsden 1/17/2021

Stopped by for brunch

Stopped by for brunch. The waitress was polite, professional and accomodating. The food was tasty and filling. An all around pleasant eating experience.

Look Elsewhere for a Quality Restaurant

Two-meal pickup evening before Thanksgiving was a disaster! Long lines inside and outside the Midland MI store. No coordination inside on waiting orders. Pick-up shelf was poorly attended. Saff appeared to be confused and disorganized. Managers unavailable to iron out the many mixed-up orders. Also disturbing was lack of social distancing inside. Do Not Recommend!

The Quality of food has changed

Quality of food has changed.................The Country Fried Steak has changed to a lower grade. The masked potatoes were runny, no longer made from real potoes with a few chunks left in. The green beans did not taste like their normal seasoned green beans. I believe Bob Evans in Franklin, Indiana has dropped the Homemade food. What a shame.

Got delivery of fried chicken and fried…

Got delivery of fried chicken and fried pork loin. It was so fast and so good! All the side items were great, too. Couldn't be better or more convenient and quick!

The food was not HOT

The food was not HOT. Biscuits dry and cold. No way butter would melt. The worst service. No proper management clearly no one gave a rip about their job.

Went to bob Evan's this morning for…

Went to bob Evan's this morning for breakfast and it was horrible the food was lukewarm by the time it reached our table and the eggs were like rubber the best thing I enjoyed was the cup of coffee and the service that our waitress gave us so with that being said never again do I want to eat there ever.

Thanksgiving “Feast?”

Unfortunately, the Thanksgiving Feast was a disappointment. Based on THIS experience, Nov 26, 2020, I would not recommend and I doubt I would try it again. One of Bob Evans best dinners is the turkey dinner. So, I was shocked that this turkey was not as good. The sides were excellent. I ordered the dinner with Turkey and Ham, but only got turkey only. I ordered at 8:30am for a 1:00pm pickup. When I got there at 1:00pm with 30-40 people ahead of me. It took about 30 minutes to get through the line. Then, I had to sit in a separate area for another 10-15 minutes while they brought out the dinner. When I started up the car, it was 2:06pm. (When I started in line it was about 1:10pm.). The line was friendly. I hope they were not as disappointed as I was

No help

Tried to place order on line. Couldn’t pay with gift card do I tried calling. No one answered. This happened yesterday too! I went to the store and nicely mentioned it to the cashier. She could care less abs dismissive. No apology or answer to my statement. When I asked a question to my order she put her hands up in the air and didn’t answer. The location was off of Mson Montgomery Rd in Mason Ohio

Here TG morning 2020. Don’t do it!!!

Here TG morning 2020. Real poor service!!! Been waiting 2 hours plus to pick up my dinner order. Wifey and I decided not to cook. Big mistake!!! Did I say REAL poor??? Much too late to shop and cook for today. Some say they waited 5 hours yesterday and back this morning, still waiting. Thank you Bob Evans on Augusta st in Springfield, Va for ruining our day!!!! Will NEVER be back!!!! I hope this goes viral.

Waited to be seated over 5 min when 2 employees looked right at me , they weren’t busy at all , at best bob Evans is decent food. , at worst it’s overpriced decent food . It was convenient and I was hungry so I stopped in , left and went to diner right down the street ,nicer atmosphere and better food ,

Great service!!! Great christian people work there who help disabled people when they fall.God bless them we always go there after church the kids love it.Always a good place to take the wife and kids.

As a doordash driver I am sitting here and Bob Evans that have poor customer service I entering the lady told me to come over to sit down to wait on my order didn't ask me what was the name on the order that I am picking up been sitting here for 15 minutes plus with no help

Ordered thru Uber Eats and got everything I ordered except for one of the main courses, Pot Roast. Called Bob Evans and talked with someone who was nonchalant and didn’t even say they were sorry! Annoyed!

We stop at the Bob Evan's in Ocala…

We stop at the Bob Evan's in Ocala 11300 SW 95th Cir. This places has so much parking space, but inside is so small with a few booths and tables. As we walked in an elderly couple were leaving very angry. We went for breakfast, once seated, I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came to offer us water or coffee, or p-i-s-s. Nothing. So we just left. Waitresses talking about how much they hate Democrats. Never again.

My bf and I recently visited a store in…

My bf and I recently visited a store in Dover, De. We had an ok experience other then the fact that we waited and hour for our food on a Monday around 11am...but as we were leaving the manager from what I’m assuming (Heather Perez) was so offensive in the way she attacked my boyfriend for not wearing a mask was appalling. We were leaving and she made the biggest deal out of him not wearing a mask after us being there for almost 2 hours! It was ridiculous! He has a medical condition and has PTSD and can’t wear a mask and she threw a fit and just was totally obnoxious about it, she wouldn’t shut up long enough for him to cash out and leave before she threw her stupid fit about the dumb masks. She caused a whole scene that could have beeen avoided if she just would have let us leave, but she kept the argument going and caused a huge scene. I’ve been in customer service for over 10 years and if this would have been one of my managers she would be having a definite conversation with HR. We were extremely disappointed bc it was a horrible start to our vacation because, honestly she just couldn’t shut her mouth!!

Poor customer service experience at Chapel Ridge location in Fort Wayne

I normally visit the Chapel Ridge location in Fort Wayne a few times a month, but no more. My wife is sick and really needed some soup. When I called in for a small carry out order of some soup and rolls, all that I was told by the waitress and then the manager was would I be there by close (no exceptions). I said I am on my way but I might be a minute or two late. The manager was very Kurt and said I am sorry but I can't let anyone in or out. I was upset. Being in food service and other customer service roles, you sometimes have to flex to meet the customers needs. There was no flexing. I even told the manager that I will not be coming back to Bob Evans again and it didn't seem to phase her at all. All she said was, "have a good evening." Maybe they don't need my business, but I will make sure not take my family or any gatherings I am a part of to this Bob Evans again. I will drive out of my way to take my business to another food place that values customer service. If someone reads this from corporate or the store manager and remotely values client service still you can contact me with any questions.

Three Strikes, You're Out!

For the third time in a row, our delivery/carry out order was missing items. The first time, missed an order of bacon. The second time, didn't put the cup of blueberries in for the double blueberry hotcakes. Now, today, they did not add the cup of blueberries, nor the extra icing I requested. I spoke to Jocelynne twice, and she assured me that she would make sure the blueberries and icing were added. They were not. Three times in a row. There won't be a fourth attempt. Now I know this isn't an earth shattering issue, however, there were other restaurants we could have gone to. Very disappointing, especially after Jocelynne remembered what extras I wanted, and repeated them to me.
