Bob Evans Restaurants

Will never go to Bob Evans in Brooksville, Fl. again. The service was really bad. We would ask our server, Debra for something, she would say be right back and we would be almost finished with what we needed something for. Literally had to get sugar off the table behind us for my husband's coffee. I had grits and they were like someone just poured the salt box in them. and they were cold. I'm from the south and grew up on grits, have you ever tried eating cold grits?

had to wait to be seated even though didn't appear to be busy, and if was acknownledge us, and say i'll be right with you, not happy with all menu changes don't offer a lot of good food like used to, prices to high for what you get.

Terrible. $25 for ice tea, black chopped steak that was pink inside. Vegetable that tasted like a can. Very poor food quality. Won’t be back

The Bob Evans at 920 E Dublin Granville Rd Columbus Ohio has the worst service! It took 15 minutes for them to get our drink order. The waitress walk by our table 3 times she didn’t say I’ll be with you in a minute. There were 3 waitresses working. Only 10 tables of guests. This is not the first time but it is the last!!

I had a great experience at Warsaw Bob Evans's... the service was nice.. the waitress was a nice young lady. The food was amazing!!! My mom had a steak. She said it was the best steak she ever had..I asked our waitress what the cooks name was and she said Jeff...i had sprained my wrist and my mom was unable to cut her steak up by herself... The cook named Jeff was the most kind young man because he cut my mom's steak up for her ! He was so courteous, kind and professional that we'll definitely be back.. A big special THANK YOU to that kind young man cook you have at Warsaw Bob Evans... In our book he's the best!

Bob Evans is one of my favorite places to eat. My husband & I went to the shamokin dam location today & it was terrible! My scrambled eggs were brown, overcooked. Sausage links were burnt. My husband's sausage links & patties were burnt. We ordered a quart of hearty vegetable beef soup & a quart of cheddar baked potato soup to go. I just heated them up & they are horrible!!!! Raw veggies in both!! Potato soup looks like water!! Will not be eating there again any time soon!!!!!!

We had breakfast at the west Saginaw restaurant in Lansing mi on 02/28/2021. Took our name and number, waited in the car for them to call, after 30 minutes went inside and was told we had been called, there was no call to our phone. Once seated we asked if the heat could be turned up as it felt like we were in a meat locker with a fan. We were told that it will get warm soon then you will be sweating, the heat did kick on twice while we were there for breakfast and would be on less than 5 min, the heat issue is not new to this location, haven't been there in over a year due to covid and I can't believe that it is still an issue. Tracy was an amazing server and remembered our daughter particular preferences. Checking out was a challenge as well, no one at the counter for check out. Apparently the check out person was also the greater! Not a great experience.

Bob Evans Piqua, Ohio. I had an issue with this location early last year and swore I would never eat there again. Almost a year later, because of my daughter I agreed to give them another chance and placed an online order on their app. Over an hourlater no food. I contact the restaurant and the manager, Brian says it's been picked up and should be getting it anytime. Another hour passes and I contact Door Dash, because Bob Evans uses them for delivery. They tell me it's already been delivered. I double check the confirmation from Bob Evans and it has all the correct information, but Door Dash is telling me that when the store sent the order to them they entered the wrong address. Bob Evans is telling me I have to go thru Door Dash for a refund, Door Dash is saying it was delivered where they were told to deliver it, so I'm out my money and my order. Should have stuck to my guns. I will probably never eat at another BoB Evans, but Hell will freeze over before the Piqua Bob Evans sees another dollar of mine. I talked to the Bob Evans manger again, Brian who pretty much told me it wasn't his problem and that everything is sent to Door Dash electronically. One of the companies is lying.

You guys sucks with DoorDash order was wrong my stepmom not to happy with you guys at all

We love Bob Evans food especially the pot roast. But, the service seems to be going down hill and the employees don't seem to care. We ate there last night and there were only about 4 or 5 tables/booths that were being occupied. When we asked the "so called greeter" he sarcastically replied that they were "trying to catch up with the orders" The ONLY orders they were busy with was the take out!! I mentioned to our sweet waitress about the situation when we finally got seated and she replied that the restaurant had different cooks.......one to prepare for the take outs and the other for the customers in the restaurants Is Bob Evans restaurant planning on closing their doors?? They need to retrain some of the staff. There were 5 or 6 workers just standing around and talking among themselves. The customers that were waiting...........could have at least been seated and offered coffee, tea or water !!

Most unconcern owner who careless of customers who keep his doors open. Food is frozen and act like its 5 star.

We ordered a turkey dinner to be delivered thru doordash. Half of it was missing. I called the store and got Madison. First she did not identify herself as management. She said "your food is right here if you want to come get it". Its sub zero out and I am recovering from knee replacement, this is why we ordered for delivery in first place. I asked her how would the delivery person know it was more than one bag? She said "we mark them very well". I let her know the bag I have is not marked at all. She said she would call doordash and call me right back. 20 minutes later I called back. I was hung up on by Brittany. I called back. This time Madison answered and said doordash was just returning her call. After a minute of bickering back n forth doordash told her twice they would refund the store so she could refund me. I work in customer service and have for most of my life. This asst manager Madison should have offered me a refund immediately. She needed to wait and be sure the store would be refunded. If she is correct in what she told me this was the stores fault for not marking the bags properly for the driver. I am very disappointed with the rude and inefficient kids running this Brownsburg Indiana location.

We usually enjoy breakfast at Bob Evans, North Lakeland, Florida. However, today (02/15/2021, +/- 9:15 a.m.) was a disappointment ... ordered “Make Your Own Omelette” .. mushrooms and ham .. got over-fried omelette with no ham ... wife ordered Banana Blueberry pancakes with bacon ... no bacon was delivered ... not being complainers, we just ate what we could ... left the omelette and ate only the mushrooms ... went to pay bill, while manager on phone, she had to get young (probably 16 or so) girl to take $$$ ... No “how was your meal?” and no “thank you” after handing me the receipt but just a “Here ya go” ... sorry, we won’t be returning ... Denny’s right door next time.

Just wanted to let you know that you have a great wonderful manager at the johnathon moore pike location in Columbus Indiana location. I visited your site today and Jackie! Was a one man band! Customer service, cook, and. Expedited with such pleasantries. I've never been one to give out compliments unfortunately we tend to focus on the bad experiences. But. I had to stop and recognize a person who deserves recognition. So. To you. We need more Jackie's. Especially in today's world ♥️

On 2-1-21, I ordered the turkey dinner at the Xenia, Ohio restaurant. The turkey and dressing was cold and hard, almost like it had been refrigerated. The stuffing had zero gravy. I am 72 and in poor health, so I have a lot of food delivered. The taste of the food was good, however, the condition it was delivered in, I have never received from any restaurant. Cold, hard and dry. I ordered the 'three course dinner' and thought I ordered mashed potatoes, but didn't receive any. I was really looking forward to my dinner, but I was very disappointed.

I am very disappointed and I do not think I will eat there again. My chicken was over cooked and tasted like the oil it was cooked in was old. The portions were very very small and the price was way to much for what you get. The only think that was good is the take out bags we got from them!! I think they need to stand behind their name BC you hear Bob Evans and you think wow it will be quality. Not true...

My husband will not be back to the Bob Evans in Greenville Ohio. We have been there 2 times and both times the food was either cold or not right. And this last time we went in. There was a couple that walked in right ahead of us and got seated and then we was told it would be 30 minute wait. They was not busy. Will not be back to this location again and we live in Greenville. We will go to Piqua ohio. They are super over there.

Bad experience with breakfast pancakes were not done and taste gumy.

I liked their roast beef sandwich and pancake for breakfast. Also, their value meal is enough to fill you up. Sometimes, service gets slow. I find their food a bit pricey ;-)

We made a breakfast pickup order and some a few things were not right/ missing. KEITH, the manger at Festus Mo. location, was called and he replaced our order with a dinner meal. Very kind and professional and easy to deal with and had a great attitude about the situation.
