Bob Evans Restaurants

Slow service. Food served cold. Yuk!

Middletown Delaware location. Ended up here after wafflehouse resfuse to seat us because we were handicapped, even though their restaurant was empty... I am so glad we did because our server Sara, was amazing. Eventhough she was extremely busy with limited staff, Sara went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options were happy with our experience. Sara not only met our customer service expectations she exceeded them...we will be back!

I ordered a grilled chicken meal by curbside and never again at least not from the Adrian Michigan one. So disappointed, The grilled chicken was so thin and looked like half of piece of chicken. I had to wait 15 minutes over the time they said and I am not sure I would have received it without calling a second time. The food was cold and I will not be ordering again. Gave a very generous tip and I wish now I had not.

Worst service. My meal started with room temperature coffee. The server forgot my chicken noodle soup, even after I reminded her. My meal arrived to the table Cold. I had to take it to the counter as the server was no where to be seen. 5 mins later still no dinner she brings me beef vegetable soup Not chicken noodle. My dinner partner ate alone at this point I canceled my meal.

I ordered a 3 meat snd cheese omelet. When it came there was grease running! I said this isnt right, waitress said my manager says its griddle grease and perfectly normal. I said it is disgusting and i wont eat it(ate 1/3 of it- yuck!) i asked for pancake and sausage. She slammed food and saucer down on table. Very nasty, left tip anyway! My first experience at bob evans is also my last!!

I and my son went to Bob Evans this evening. We ordered 2 omelets and 2 orders of home fries. It took a very long time before the food was brought to us and the food was cold. In the meantime, I notice other people was being served their meals that came in after my son and myself. I won't recommend Bob Evans to anyone.

WE GOT BLT - THE BACON WAS HARD - THE LETTUCE WAS BROWN - TOMATO HAS TO BE A WEEK OLD - LOADED FRIES IS NOT A LITTLE BIT OF SHREEDED CHEESE

I go to Bob Evans in South Euclid, Ohio often. First, I don’t like bashing restaurant but this is the second time my meal was messed up and management is cavalier about the error. I ignored the fact I ordered and paid and they forgot to do the order but this time my order was totally wrong I had gone home since it was a take out order after waiting over 30 minutes. I go back I ask for manager because the cashier acts clueless. She takes the order to the back comes back in about 3 minutes which I don’t understand why it had to take 30 when I first ordered. So I say it’s correct now she says you can look at it. No real apology no how can I make you happy after waiting 39 minutes going home and then coming back to get the correct meal. Oh did I say I called at home and drove and no one ever answered there phone and. There not busy. Bob Evans needs to do better

We ordered a side of mashed potatoes, they were put in with someone else's food. Very difficult to remove potatoes with gravy to another plate. The biscuits were so hard I could have built a retaining wall with them. The chicken noodles soup had no moisture, no broth, and mushy noodles that had to have been a few days old, let's not even discuss the odd color of yellow that the noodles were. We got the southwest avocado chicken...the avocado was brown it was so old and the beans were hard and not edible. Terrible waste of time and money! No quality control at all.

We ordered online for curbside pickup. When we got there, they said it would be another 20 minutes. We get our food, get home and the biscuits are cold and no gravy. The French toast was 2 pieces of what looked and tasted like Hawaiian Sweet Bread. The hash browns were drowning in grease. No bacon. A VERY BAD experience and we will NEVER order from this location, ever again!, $30.00 plus dollars, down the drain..

Bob Evans used to be my favorite breakfast spot, now I regret every time i walk in so I will not any more. The omelets are not 3 egg they are 1 stretched out. I ordered a western omelet but it was so full of large onions a few pieces of ham, 3 pieces of tomato and a small sprinkle of cheese on top. but the banana bread is still good.

I ordered there sausage and gravy and it was terrible it was dark brown gravy and hamburger meat, I call the restaurant and they told me they changed the recipe so sent an email to corporate and they said sorry for the inconvenience and sent me a gift card and went to use and came up as invalid. I emailed them and told them and haven’t herd anything back sense.

Server poorly trained. Did not get order correct. Had to ask twice for silverware after had coffee served. Food was poor quality. Needs help at south Lakeland.

Bob Evans on Colerain Avenue. The service was good. The food itself had a strange taste. After we finished eating it felt like we were being hurried out the door, even though the restaurant was slow.

Woodhaven Bob Evan's terrible cook cant cook raw bacon,hashbrowns came after we were done eating never came and refilled coffee worst place ever!

Just went to Bob Evans Port Orange FL. I usually love this place and the turkey is my favorite. Today however, not so much . Ordered ahead and still had to wait , go in and get it myself. Still not ready. Finally get my food. Small portions, mostly dressing, not much turkey. Very disappointed.

Waitress was great. Food was good abut the house keeping at this New Martinsville WV location needs real attention. Deep cleaning needs done almost all chairs in dining room are filthy black grim from hands on backs of chairs and anywhere people touch. Bathrooms had same grimy doors out of TP in womens and water on the floor. Husband said no paper towels in men’s had to dry hands on his pants. We love Bobs but this one is getting bad and I’m sure I’m not the only one that is noticing

This was the worst I have ever had at Bob Evans. I ask why we had been waiting for over 30 minutes and was told they were backed up by call in orders. More than five groups turned and left. When we finally got our order of country fried steak, the meat was cold. Not a good day!

Stopped at Bob Evan's in Weirton WV. Worst experience ever. First of all the restaurant was filthy. We got seated, ordered our food & waited & waited, we complained & was told they has to go orders to prepare before ours. Food finally came. My husband ordered 2 grilled chicken breasts. Cut into them & blood ran out. I ordered country fried steak, mashed potatoes etc. My food was cold. We complained to both the waitress & cashier, all we got was, "we are sorry". No we will precook the chicken or warm mine up. We took our food home recooked it. Worst service ever. We will never go back to that place again. Also this happened on Aug. 3rd, every day since then I have called to complain but there is never a representative to assist you, says to leave a message & someone will get back to you. This is the 9th & no one has ever called. So I tried texting , typed it all & when I tapped send. It said something was wrong, to try again. I did over & over. Never did get the message sent. Seems BE doesn't want to hear from their customers.

We have been hear for 30 minutes the hostest sat us but she did not tell anyone that she set us hear then it took a nother 15 just to get our drinks we come hear every Saturday and Sunday and we have never had this experience the poeple hear are very nice to us and have good manners but you guys are low on staff
