came in to the franklin resturant was seated. the waitress saw me and was talking to the other wait staff. completely ignored me sat for 5 minutes waiting til the hostess said something to her then she decided to come and wait on me. if not for the food I would not come back this happens most everything.

so disappointed that Bob Evans could not take the time to acknowledge my e-mail. we had been stopping at Bob Evans at least once a week after my physical therapy. no more

The doctor I work for graciously ordered office staff lunch of our choosing. We all ordered Grilled chicken with green beans and broccoli with the exception of 1 person. These were the most pitiful helpings that we have ever seen! The chicken breast should not even be considered breast, but slices and the helping of green beans were less than 1/2 Cup. Needless to say, we will never give an order of that size to Bob Evans again! 2 stars are for flavor and delivery time through Doordash.

Went to union town bob evans got the chopped sirloin it was raw as hell not a lot of mashed potatoes forgot my potato soap Worst food I’ve had in such a long time 🤦‍♀️

There’re food is bad and chewy my steak jade something I couldn’t bite trough

This restaurant has good food and it’s very nice and pretty but the service is so slow. I’m writing this and I just got my food and we waited for our food for exactly 2 hours. And some more minutes. Great food and place just slow service

Bob evans in Smithfield is the poorest quality of food you could ever eat. Only desperate people eat there. Had to spit it out... even my wife who I knew that it was bad when she spit it out. Do not eat at this place. You have been warned. Read the reviews.

ordered food through bob evans (cape coral fl 1420 Sw Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, FL 33991) for delivery. Bob evans uses doordash and will not claim any responsibility even if you had ordered through and paid to bob evans. Family dinner never delivered by door dash, tracked driver (not even close to address) and said delivered. Told by bob evans to call door dash for refund and door dash said to call bob evans for refund. Called directly to store no help at all or even seem to care about the problem. bob evans corporate help numbers closed for holiday 12/24 10 a.m. central time? Order was place through bob evans and hold them responsible for refund. It is bob who used door dash not me for my delivery. My credit card was charged by bob evans not by door dash...for refund door dash says have to contact bob evans. Order was shown picked up 1 hour late, we tracked the driver who never can close to our street and watch outside for them since was out delivering. Driver never showed up said it had been delivered. Called door dash (what a run around and constant hold). At one point, was told by door dash driver tried to contact us 3 times....we do not show any record of calls, missed calls, or messages on phone. We also check and made sure correct phone number and address on order. We have ordered in past and have always ended up with missing a few minor items orders. I guess will have to wait until after holidays for someone at bob evans (who is probably enjoying their holiday) to answer and refund my money.

As a door Dasher I was at the Martinsburg Foxcroft location yesterday and as I waited my 15 minutes in there on my order I experienced watching a African-American employee I think she was a manager she had a name tag one but there was no actual name on it so I'm unable to provide that but her demeanor towards every single customer including myself was appalling. Was so unkind and rude and acted as if everyone was just wasting her time every time they needed help to check out or whatever the case may be. When it comes time to hand me my order she was yelling Lauren I walked over to her and told her I had Lara and her exact words to me were Laura Lauren L something whatever basically here you go. I was terribly disappointed 😞

Visited a bob evans restaurant Located in west mifflin pa Restaurant wasn’t busy took someone 10 minutes To seat us to a dirty table. Ordered our food took a long time to get our order and it wasn’t correct. My wife ordered a burger no bacon they put bacon on it she she wanted lettuce tomato and pickles no lettuce no pickles like she ordered She ordered home fries no home fries. Told us they ran out but nothing was offered to substitute it they just kept saying they were sorry. Poor management and service Will not eat there again Visited on 12/13/2021

Wish I could upload the pictures I took-My husband & I left IHOP restaurant in Mt Pleasant because it was filthy and went to Bob Evans #429 in Mt Pleasant. It looked like the dividers between sets had never been cleaned, food and paper under the table was disgusting, the bathroom I'm certain had not been touched for some time. We probably will never be back. With Covid and the pandemic rising in Michigan this is not acceptable-made us appreciate our Bob Evans in our hometown of Owosso.

We were a party of 4. It was not busy. The waitress was terrible. My grandson ordered pancakes and home fries and was given French fries. My other grandson ordered a piece of pumpkin pie. It came with no whipped cream. I asked if she could add whipped cream and her response was ‘ We don’t normally do that but ok’. The picture on the menu literally had whipped cream on the piece of pumpkin pie! She forgot my daughters eggs. She forgot my coffee. She is in the wrong job. The food was decent not great.

Becky in Sebring FL : I purchased the Farmhouse Feast to serve 4 for Thanksgiving. I do not recommend the turkey (have not tried the ham). It was a deli turkey roll sliced. The sides were very good (bread stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn,green beans). I choose Bob Evans because their pot roast dinner is the best. I will stick to the pot roast.

I was in the defiance Ohio Bob Evans this morning. I walked in and found there was about 20 people ahead of me. The greeter was telling people 10 to 15 minute wait time. Many people left the restaurant because it was over 40 minutes before they could get seated. When I questioned the greeter she said that the kitchen was extremely busy. The manager did not come out and explain to any of us what was going on or why we were being made to wait nearly an hour to be seated. It is clear the Bob Evans needs to get their management under control. You have to learn to balance between call in orders and people who are waiting in your lobby. Myself and others promptly got up and left. This management team thought it was best to just ignore the customers coming in the store. What a terrible experience.

ordered the premium Thanksgiving feast,it was delicious, what a feast. I would highly recommend ordering holiday meals from here,well worth the price,thank you for my Thanksgiving feast

I hate to complain on Thanksgiving but when I pay $157 for my family's holiday meal I think I've earned the right. I purchased the meal to serve 10. The pictures on line show a decent spread and I figured it would work great. When taking it out of the box, I started to worry. The ham was sliced in 3 inch pieces. There were 9 pieces---to feed 10 people!! The containers of mashed potatoes and corn weren't even filled up, a little over half full. Now I'm left to try and search my cabinets for something to cook up so there will be enough food. I'm so disappointed and so sorry that Cracker Barrel was sold out of their holiday meal packages before I could get one!

Portsmouth Ohio location needs do better two small things they said it was going take over 2 hours take out but told me if I dine in I get it fast I am sick I wanted carry out bad business

Went to the Bob Evans in Mt. Pleasant on a Sat. Morning (10:30). Told about 20 min. wait. which was true. Not many restaurants open for breakfast anymore. When the waitress came for drink orders, we were also ready to order. Our breakfast were a surprise how fast we got them, due to how busy they were. Was surprise how cold our food was for how fast we got them. Everything must have been pre-cooked. I had 2 eggs over easy, ham, American fries, and biscuits and gravy. It was a combo , but I due not remember which one. My wife had some "Everything something" breakfast. It was similar to a scramble, but had hollandaise sauce. It didn't come with much hollandaise sauce, so my wife asked for more sauce. No problem in getting more sauce. Final review. Nothing really jumped out at us as great. Prices were average around $10.00 per person. And that was what our breakfast was also. Just average!

Absolutely horrible customer service- You offer a meal free to all veterans on Veterans Day, you post your hours all over the website, Facebook, yelp, your website, Google review, etc. etc. we show up for dinner and your manager says sorry we’re closed! If you don’t want to honor the meal for vets then don’t offer it but certainly don’t be rude. And what about put a sign on the door saying that you’re closed or change the hours so we don’t drive 35 minutes to get to your location. There were tons of places offering free dinners for veterans and we chose your restaurant to come have dinner and your manager was so rude and quite belligerent that was absolutely shocking that I’ll never return to your restaurant with my family.
