Bob Evans Restaurants

We are regular customers at your Palm Coast FL location. Saturday 7/23/2022 we stopped in for lunch after shopping. There was a young girl trying to run the register and seat people. There were six people ahead of me and my wife. None of the waitresses wanted them seated in their section. so the seating operation stopped happening. There was no manager present to resolve the situation. We know staffing is tough but losing business is a lot worst.We were not the only older folks to leave. Betty & Joe Mulhall

Our group of 20, which included 7 children visited the BE in Beavercreek on Seajay Dr. Our service Brianna was AMAZING!!!! She deserves a gold star. She catered to our every need, watched over our table, the adult coffee mugs and water glasses were constantly full along with refilled to the kids. She constantly had a smile and an upbeat personality.

Tried. To call in. Order. On hold over. 20minutes. Then had to. Wait a half an hour. It’s like this. Every time. In Waverly. Ohio. Service is. Non existent

We want to tell you about our experience at your place on Rockside Rd, Independence, Ohio. We were greeted by the nicest smiling man. Our waitress was very nice and quick. OUr food came really fast. Those people MOVE, they don't mess around. refill on coffee right away. Our food was great too. I asked the waitress her name because we were so awed by her smiles and service. Her name was Tiffiny, the lady that checked us out was smiling and nice too. we know that when people are not happy with something they tend to complain. We are not complaining. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!! My husband and i ordered delivery from the Chardon, OH Bob Evans we ordered Family mac and cheese for $9.99, build your own omelet and a whole hog breakfast they never delivered my mac and cheese and the omelet was so dry i threw it out . I called and spoke to a manager and told him i am on bed rest and thats why i had the food delivered he told me in a rude manner that i can come pick up an omelet and mac and cheese on him and i said i had it delivered because of bed rest and he said didnt know what to tell me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! This Bob Evans has went so far down hill i used to love Bob Evans but the manager is rude and the service stinks. I always write good reviews but this was terrible!!! Beware!!!

Use extreme caution when you purchase Bob Evan's gift cards. They do not honor them on their App and yet they offer deals that can only be redeemed on the App. Apparently they don't consider gift cards as universal "legal tender".

went for breakfast this morning, after a rather long wait, the waitress, brought our food to the table and announced as she put down each plate that it was overcooked. What an understatement! it was absolutely horrific. My veteran brother who is always mellow got extremely upset that he would be served such garbage. To add insult to injury the waitress said he was just trying to get out of paying the check. what a horrible ridiculous thing to say. She knew what she was serving was bad but served it anyway. My brother who is 100% disabled should not get himself upset. Now he is home after having a seizure due to the anxiety she caused. Bad food and very bad service!

We went to the Bob Evans in Petoskey, MI and had great service. The waiter Jonathon was prompt and friendly, and the food was superb! And the overall price was pretty decent.

When I was a plant super for Schwebels our delivery drivers would say BE's was so clean you could eat off the floor. Today when having a $30 breakfast for my wife and me, I used the men's room. I've been in latrines while I was in the military that were cleaner and didn't smell as bad as that men's room. When an eatery charges an ave $11/plate plus $3/ cup for coffee, they can at least have clean restrooms. I can only imagine how poor the sanitation is in the kitchen! Now its Perkins alone

Ordered catering through this Bob Evans. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I don't post a lot of reviews, but I had to post this because I was so impressed with the manager, Jenny. She was so helpful, and the food was delicious! The restaurant was so clean, and the food choices were impressive. Restaurants are struggling everywhere to get enough help, but Jenny made sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. I grew up working in my parents' restaurant, so I know how hard it can be to work in and manage a restaurant, but Jenny and her crew did an amazing job on a big order. All those who ate the food commented on how good it was. It was also a great deal! We will be eating here a lot, especially on Tuesdays, when kids eat free.

we usually have good food at Bobs. However the Troy chef doesnt know how to cook steaks, I ordered medium and it was rarer than rare. Staff was busy so we didnt complain, but wont be ordering steak again.

We was visiting in town for a Family Reunion and wanted to patronize this location which was store #164 in Davenport, Florida Hwy 27. However when we arrived we did have a large group (African American) and was informed by the Manager Sadona that there was only 1 cook and 3 servers and our family would have to be split up amongst the 3 waiters, which we informed her that’s okay we understand and was willing to be patient. As we sat there the manager Sadona came back out again asking for a number in our party and constantly repeating about the one cook. At that point we felt like she didn’t want us there. I informed her you told us this already and we’re willing to wait. She insisted on a number so we told her 30 people and again she continued to say she only has 1 cook and she would be helping him. At that point I asked her for a card to the general manager which she stated she didn’t have. So we left and I returned back inside to ask for her name and the store number which she told me she had to go in the back for the store number, however one of the waitress gave me her name and the store number. As I begin to exit the building she said a smart remark and was laughing stating have a nice day which she was being sarcastic at that point. I’ve NEVER experienced such unprofessional behavior from a suppose to be manager. I informed her that she needs to go back to training on being professional to customers. She and I exchanged words in front of other customers and I informed her that she was being racist to my family and there will be a complaint filed. I would like someone to call me pertaining to this matter because I’m seriously thinking of hiring me a lawyer for discrimination from your manager.

Bob Evans bussin it’s food is awesome I could go there again I love it but some stuff is crappy, my chopped steak was to hot as well but after that is really good :D

Service is always lousy. These places (bob Evans, Perkins) are ok for breakfast but the rest of the food is so-so at best. Written from Mall road, St. Clairesville Ohio.

We got there at 9:00 a.m. and we waited until 11:30 and we got tired of waiting for our food so we left.

The strawberry pancakes are worth it. I highly recommend that you try them when it is time.

I ordered online from the BobbEvans on a Huber Blvd in Westerville. The food is as good as always but I have 3 or 4 complaints: 1) I did not get one of my food items EVEN THOUGH I asked the associate who delivered my order to DOUBLE CHECK to be sure my order was complete. When she handed me my order she assured me “it’s all there.” Fact is, IT WASN’T. Have had this problem with this location multiple times, requiring g me to go back and get the item I paid for. 2) order fish and a side of vegetables and Bob EVANS threw the carrots in the same container with the fish!! As a result, the carrots were rolling around and got cold and the fish had carrot juice on it. Did not get the usual condiments(butter, tarter sauce) so will request those when I go back. 3) The Cod fish I received was NOT what was pictured on the menu: the menu shows 1 large filet; what I received were 2 small-med fillets. This was another first. Considering that I tipped them, I am frustrated - AGAIN- that this location seems to STILL NOT ON TOP OF ITS CARRY OUT GAME. Shame on you Bob Evans. How many times does this have to happen to me before you get it right? ;(is

We placed an order online and our food was delivered to the wrong place however Tiffany at the Bob Evans at 7115 Far Hills in Centerville OH, went above and beyond to help our company out. She was incredible and provided exceptional customer service!

My chopped steak was so over cooked, I had to chip away at it. Very dry, no gravy and very cold. Won’t do this again. Very disappointed ☹️

The food was amazing, and the waitress was exceptionally nice. We hardly had to wait any at all, and were seated right away.
