North Olmsted, Ohio. I ordered Bob Evans through an online catering app. We had a breakfast retirement party for an employee. I picked up the order. The manager, Kristen and the cook helped me bring the huge order to my car. Both very helpful and the food was AMAZING! The breakfast was a big hit! Thank You!
Ordered delivery, foods a mess and the appearance of it, is disturbing.
Today I went to the Bob Evans in Adrian Michigan it sucks! The tables were dirty the seating had food all over put all over it several things on the menu they did not have no vinegar for salads no molt vinegar for fish no cream for coffee. Chicken noodle soup taste like it had been sitting there over a week without being in the refrigerator. No one in the entire place had a smile on their face they were all walking around as if they hated their jobs. I will not be returning to this Bob Evans at all the one in Monroe is perfect. Staff is friendly and always a clean place.
The sour cream mashed potatoes have big chunks of uncooked potatoes. Last 2 family sized. We hate them.
By taking down their promise of a cage-free commitment by 2025, Bob Evans has proven that it puts profits over cruelty and will willingly manipulate its consumers. With multiple competitors, including Olive Garden and First Watch, already implementing successful cage-free policies this is unacceptable. Having received a rating of F in The Humane Society's Food Industry Scorecard, until Bob Evans stops taking blatant advantage of its consumers and eliminates this rampant iniquity I cannot again (as a prior customer) support this company.
Bob Evans supports poor animal welfare standards. I hope they change this and consider cage free sources.
In Port Richey Fla the door windows were filthy...rugs had crumbs from food all along the edges by the tables. Food was good but needs to be kept cleaner. Don't want to eat there again.
I ordered the family fried chicken breast meal and when I tell you the meal was terrible. Looks nothing like the pictures. Chicken breast were small, burned and dried out. Looks like it was sitting out to sell all day. Very upset. They say it was the fryers and they need to be cleaned. If they knew that and saw how the chicken looked they should have never cook nor served the food with that type of presentation. 1st time trying it and I will never try it again. And after I have paid my hard earned money drove all the way home just to drive back to return the food. I have to wait on a refund and wasn't offered any coupons to at least try it again another time when the fryer are clean. Horrible service. Never going back.

I ordered on line for delivery, included a 20% tip for the delivery person and when I placed order, I was directed to pick up my food. I was unable to cancel with the restaurant as the "manager" explained to me that it was against the law. What??? I did more searching on line and found that Bob Evans has a policy that doesn't allow anyone to cancel their order on line. Once they have your money there is no going back. Okay, I just paid $30.00 in stupid tax. I will never purchase a Bob Evans product again. Who got the driver's tip?
Marion,il asked for a minute to look over the menu and he came back 20 minutes later. Heard a woman complaining to everyone that she only got a $3 tip. She said they should have went to a drive thru. Our waiter spent all his time visiting another table. Food was good but service wasn’t at all

Bacon undercooked raw in spots, pancakes dry, coffee tasted watered down. Server talking way to much of her personal problems with customer but describing domestic violence things in her life in front of customers young children who questioned what domestic violence is. We ordered on-line big mistake. Their employees must not be able to read it was clearly marked which choices we wanted. Well the food was terrible, they forgot half the order no napkins no salad or dressing no banna bread the manager told us to come back and it would be right and we could get what we wanted. when my husband arrived they handed him a bag still with out the items we paid for. Never again will we go there.And this is the second time we tried to eat there needless to say a very bad experience.
Bob Evans is the worst place in the world today and the Managers at the Bob Evans in Troy Ohio are very stupid and I won't mention any Names but I know who I'm talking about. One thing too I've worked for Bob Evans company for over 18 years and the Managers are very unprofessional and very careless indeed and I was a shift assistant for about 5 years and it's Not worth it and the General Manager there is Nothing but a self centered careless brat that she really is and she is very cold hearted person and she is very careless an individual and she is the worst Manager that I ever worked with and she is very greedy person all she cares about is her stupid labor and she was trying to make money off of me when I was a dishwasher and she also has favoritism over certain employees and I was cutting my hours back to 18 hours a week and how in the Hell am supposed to live off that and making 400 a month for working at Bob Evans in Troy Ohio and when they cut your hours back they make more money off of you and the more hours you have the less money they make the less hours you the more money they make and they always keep telling me it's the Corporation and that was their stupid excuse for wanting to take advantage of me and I'm sick and tired of those Managers taking advantage of me and everyone else because they are lousy Managers and they suck and they are very lazy indeed and they won't help you to do Nothing because they want to cause a big stress and they let the dish tank get so backed up and No one is over there working and they expect you to come in at 6 pm at to close dish tank and you will walk in a such a big mess and they expect me to be out of there at 9 PM so I'm working by myself and there's No way that's going to happen and the Managers think they can intimidate me and they don't intimidate me because I am Not afraid of them stupid Managers and they are the worst and Never working for them ever again and they don't deserve No respect from me at all and I'm talking to you Tony the district manager over Troy Ohio and I'm glad that he got Fired it really made my day it puts a big smile on face 😊
6 pm Sunday evening . probably 5- 10 customers inside. seated waited on promptly. order placed .10 minutes ,food started to come. wifes plate was sparse according to picture. mellon was like 1/16 inch slice, (3) pieces ,grapes were on stem, some mushy, one strawberry and 3 thin slices, huge piece of lettuce covering plate, scoop of chicken salad. disappointing. i had bowl of chicken noodle soup with mashed potatoes minus biscuits, 5 pieces of bacon on special. no bacon was brought. waitress said would be back it wasn't ready. i was done with soup when she returned to announce they didn't have time with all the orders to make bacon. bacon cooker was cleaned up (over heard this). we are seated next to the kitchen behind the partition. so it sounds like a party jive back there .loud conversation and carrying on. talking about mommas cookin and what she made them eat. sounded like a jive party. we were now only ones left on the whole side. i order a piece of strawberry pie and refill partial. 15 minutes no pie and i grab bill and head out upset, . 2 waitresses(one mine) were eating strawberry pie and quickly put it down, grabbed cutter and started cutting pie. i went on to checkout. i explained i wasn't happy . she tried to charge for pie, then removed it. waitress asked if i wanted it to go. i just paid and left. very disappointed
At Ford Rd restaurant- Ordered our food and it came out old, cold, and gross. Not cooked all the way, when mentioned to the waitress she had an instant attitude and refused to wait our table the remainder time we were there. Had to ask the hostess to please bring the rest of our food out. Which came out half orders, cold, and old. Could hear the waitress complaining about us in the kitchen. I've never seen such hate like this in a restaurant before. Food was disgusting which Bob Evens normally is amazing with. We left hungry and had to pay full price and go somewhere else for dinner. Major waste of money! Didn't get service or food - very disappointing. We even reached out to the manager and the response was sorry, nothing I can do, hope you come back. This restaurant doesn't follow the integrity Bob Evans as a chain is. Our family dinner was ruined and our kids didn't understand why the employees were so hateful.
Holland, Michigan Location: Food was good, and service was EXCEPTIONAL! We had the good fortune of having LYNETTE be our Server, and she greeted us with a great big smile, asked how we were doing, immediately got us “coffee-Ed up”, made wonderful recommendations when we asked for suggestions, kept our coffee mugs filled, and when I mentioned that my omelet wasn’t very warm, she had such a great, “customer service” attitude about wanting to make it just right for me so I’d enjoy it, and I told her that just a quick “heat up” would do the trick….and it did!!! She just made our breakfast such a pleasure by being so kind to us. Also, she did all this while clearly being busy, yet she made us feel as though we were her only customers. What a gem!!! Please recognize “Lynette” for being an amazing Server! We will probably eat there again tomorrow on our way out of town.
