Blink Cat Food is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate quality and service, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Cat wasn’t eating it so I tried it myself and it wasn't really that good we've had better and we prefer Purina because it tastes more rich and that's how good cat food is supposed to taste so that's why I rated it 2 stars
Delicious my cat loved it
ALL I CAN SAY IS MY CAT LOVED IT 🤩
My cat loves the blink food and she is very fussy so that is good. Blink have been great at sorting out any delivery issues I have had very quickly. One thing that has been disappointing is that they seem to run out of particular flavors of food quite often so if you have a fussy cat like me its not great.
I have two cats, 17 and 4 y/o. My 4y/o loves wet food but I noticed how bad the quality is with store brands, my 17 y/o is the fussiest cat I’ve ever had, even since he was a kitten he would only eat a couple of brands of dry food. I’ve noticed in the last 5/6 years his coat deteriorate and he moults 24/7, he’s also had urinary issues and a couple years ago got so dehydrated he got very poorly. I was told to try and get him to eat wet food… but this has been a challenge, I’ve tried every store wet food brand, jelly, gravy, pate you name it. I saw Blink! Being sold in my local Sainsbury’s and was quite happy with the meat content for my 4y/o cat so thought I’d give it a try. Well you best bet I almost jumped out my skin when I saw my fussy 17 y/o gulping it down like it was the best food he had ever eaten! Needless to say I’ve bought Blink! Since, I got their trial box and have just paid for subscription to have 80 pouches a month. It is expensive to feed them ONLY this food given the low calorie content and that my cats are active (despite my one being in his old age!) so I do still buy dry food to top up. It would be good to see a higher calorie range or a complete food range! I did have a supply issue with my order but this hasn’t effected the cats yet as they seem to enjoy most of the flavours (I’m still shocked at my elderly cat liking them all when he never liked any others in his 17 years of life!) One of my trials also unfortunately came contaminated but Blink rectified this immediately and sent me a replacement. Overall 5/5 I’m just happy that both my cats have found a food they love and I know my elderly cat is getting better nutrition
Really like this however the supply issues are a joke. They do not even have tuna at the moment my cats favourite, I have had to cancel the subscription and have to urgently find an alternative.
I'm fed up with my cats favourite recipes being constantly out of stock for months on end. She only liked four recipes in the first place, and I'm forced to feed her one flavour every day because the other three aren't available. If these other recipes don't become available in the next few weeks, I'll have to just cancel my subscription. It would be a huge shame because she's never enjoyed anything as much as she does Blink, but ultimately she needs access to more than one flavour of cat food.
Quality food, the three cats loved it,with receiving only two pouches in the Tryit box there was alot of pushing and shoving, every morsel from the two sachets were gone in seconds!
My cats thoroughly enjoyed the blink cat food. The food has plenty of meat in it and a sachet had a good portion. The quality of the food and ingredients are great. Only minor issue is getting the whole amount out of the packet. Some of the meat pieces get stuck inside the packs and are difficult to scrape out. Overall very happy.
My cat loves Blink! cat food. I know that my cat is well fed and is getting what he needs. I only wish I discovered Blink! sooner. I give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend :)
Got some blink in a tryit box, they absolutely LOVED it. We’ve been buying boxes directly from the blink website since, not only is the food good but the team is super helpful and understanding about anything you might need/ask.
My cat did enjoy this food, but I gave bought it a couple times more since abd Suki likes her usual cat food more so I have gone back to her usual food. Maybe not a reflection on the food, more of my cats preferences.
We have been buying Blink for nearly 5 years, due to our cat having a delicate tummy. Initially, service was really good other than one occassion when they missed counted the pouches sent, which was quickly resolved. However, over the last year some of the flavours quality is not as good as it was, they have constant supply issues and delivery delays. Recently they substituted tuna, which my cat loves for tuna and salmon, which he does not, without prior warning. I now have half a box of food that he will not eat. Considering cancelling subscription now due to these issues.
This company is going downhill rapidly - what's happened! Recipes are regularly out of stock and they cant tell you when the recipes will be back in stock. Whilst customer service are quick to respond and offer refunds etc they are missing the point. All we want is for you to deliver what we order every month on time. Its cat food for god sake how can you not have tuna or know when you will have tuna again. I assume their priority is ensuring supermarkets are supplied before loyal customers - madness!!!
Great wet Catfood from the package to contents this cat food was definitely luxury Catfood! The packaging looked and felt really nice and you can see the quality of real meat in the pouch! My cats only issue was they wanted bigger pouches!!
Our cat, Henry, licks the plate completely clean at every meal time. Really happy with the ingredients, the ease of the pouches and the food doesn’t smell bad like others do. Customer service go above and beyond! Lovely business.
I used to be a very big advocate for Blink but it's all changed, unfortunately for the worst. It feels like they've been "bought over" by a bigger company and had some cut backs - in turn who obviously care less about the personal touch and consistency that Blink used to bring to it's customers, and we are starting to feel it. Recipes not being available - no communication to customers prior to order's going through. I placed an order of 56 pouches of Tuna Fillet. My order was accepted and payment taken. I received my delivery to find out Tuna was out of stock (notified by a cardboard print out which was in my delivery box) and each pouch was replaced with Tuna and Salmon. Granted when I emailed, they were quick to refund my payment and let me donate my box to a rescue centre but it still defeats the purpose. Are Blink just content with hoping that majority of customer's just accept what they didn't order, and then damage control the customer's who do get in touch? It feels like a terribly poor practice. Quality of the food - It's unbelievable how each and every pouch and flavour can differ in quality and texture. This started at the end of last year for a few of my orders but it then seemed to resolve itself. However, especially since the start of this year, each delivery the quality is completely different. We typically only order the Tuna Fillet but it's wet, sloppy, mushy and like a Pate. However, in two months, it'll be back to a solid food with perfect texture. My cats still eat it regardless, which is the only reason I'm still a customer but where has the consistency gone? I'm sure the answer shall be along the lines of how it's cooked, the supplier that's used etc etc. We used to receive high quality, nutritious, good looking cat food - now it feels like a lucky dip on what type of slop we'll receive this month. Personal Touch - This has completely disappeared. Where's the check in surveys that were sent randomly every few months? Where's the little gifts we used to receive? Why do all email responses feel like a scripted copy and paste? Why do all trust pilot review answers feel corporate? I genuinely feel bad for leaving this review but my concerns through email have fallen on deaf ears and it seems nobody is interested in helping me. I spend a substantial amount of money each month with Blink, and I'm losing hope in the products/business. This needs to change fast, otherwise I'm left with no alternative other than finding a new food for my cats.
Excellent customer service team at Blink! They are always quick on responding to emails and always provide an immediate solution! My cat is very fussy and it’s the only cat food brand that she loves!
I am really disappointed in the decline in service with Blink. My cat absolutely loves Blink food and practically licks the bowl clean. The service was great to start with too. Unfortunately, for the past few months I am constantly informed of supply shortages, which impact the flavours I can order. The only replacements available are the ones that my cat doesn’t like to eat. How can I justify paying premium prices for a service that is falling short and forcing customers to purchase pouches of food that won’t get eaten or reduce their variety? I have decided to cancel my subscription and look elsewhere for more reliable service.
