After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Good customer service
I received a defective product however the customer service teams offered a range of solutions including refund and replacement. I was satisfied. The product itself was of good price and design however there was damage to the surfaces.

Disappointing
I emailed to determine the status of my order as the delivery date had passed & the tracking had not been updated in days. I was told to wait 24-48 hours to see if the Evri tracking was updated, despite me telling them twice that the delivery date was the previous day & the tracking hadn’t been updated. Emailed again the next day to be told there was a problem at the warehouse & I was offered either a refund or reorder. To be fair the refund was done immediately however they could have done it the previous day had they actually listened to me.
