Brett at Waterlooville is an asset to Beals. Having had issues with a previous tenancy Brett was patient and helpful in helping us to find a contract which gave us the confidence to let our property again. During the tenancy he was always helpful and reactive and then, when we wanted to change the type of contract again after a year, he was again helpful and professional in getting us to a position we were happy with. Brett has proved to be a pleasure to work with.

I both bought and let my house through Beals. They have been efficient and thorough when it comes to all aspects of purchase and lettings. A particular gold star goes to Katie Juckes in the Gosport office who has been extremely helpful throughout the process of letting out my property.

Would not recommend dealing with such agency people who can destroy your life with a click of a button. I have been struggling financially but always paid my rent no matter the situation or delay i have been facing due to personal and professional life circumstances. I applied to rent a house elsewhere in another county due to my family expanding with the arrival of a new baby and also due to the property i am at the moment being too small and gave the details of Beals Bitterne Southampton as they act as my landlord referee. They gave me a bad reference and now i cannot rent a place due to this unfair reference. This is causing me lot of prejudices and i can also face homelessness with my 4 months old baby due to a manager or account department (god knows as they keep bouncing the blame back and fourth) which without a second thought submitted a negative reference against my person, although they are aware of my financial hardships and health issues that made me face such hardships. I have been a genuine tenant and always maintained the property and paid my rent no matter what difficulties i faced and i have been transparent and honest towards them at all time. It is disgusting the way they treat hardworking people, take you for stupid or granted or maybe even a bit of racism as i am not british and i have an Indian name ,i wonder if so in this case. Do i deserve a bad reference for making all my payments even being late due to my hardships? Going through the legal way with this definitely. Stay away and do not rent with Beals!!! Also they don't do background checks on your neighbours as they just want you to be in the property as i had a lot of issues and had my peace disturbed by neighbours during my tenancy, it is a nightmare.

Beals Eastleigh have been amazing for us. Suman and Chelsea have been a god send supporting us and guiding us throughout the whole process. Had a few problems during the application causing us stress but Suman and Chelsea have relentlessly been so helpful and patient with us giving us such peace of mind and doing all they can to help us secure exactly what we needed and anytime we spoke to anyone at Beals they were so kind and ready to help. Overall a great experience, could not fault them one bit, thank you so much - would recommend them over and over again!
