Simon has been the agent helping me with finding the ideal property for me and my daughter for the past two weeks. Jack was very helpful from start to finish in finding us a rental property and answering any questions we had. When one landlord wouldn’t accept our dog he quickly got us in first at a new listing so we got first pick which was great!

I can’t recall a time when I called and Katie wasn’t there to help me out, every issue or situation I was in Katie helped me out massively. Possibly the only reason I’m not homeless!

my Wife and I viewed a house for our children shortly returning from Canada, Kelsey was very professional, communicated well, was very friendly and approachable. I am rating Beals 5 stars purely for the way Zoe has been whilst trying to rent my house . Very good communication and offering to pop in Slightly earlier before viewings to open windows to let fresh air in. Excellent on follow up calls too.

I viewed houses for just over 18 months, before purchasing a house through Beals and dealt with several different estate agencies. I found Louise and Adam to be so helpful, especially Louise who went above and beyond, during the whole experience . During my dealings with estate agents, I found some of them to be extremely pushy and this wasn’t the case with Beals. All calls and emails were dealt with extremely quick. I highly recommend Beals, I would choose them if I ever decide to sell.
