Ordered items of almost €500 in total, including expensive racing shoes I wanted for a marathon. Packing and shipping was fast, but the order got lost in the post. Very stressful given how expensive the order was and that I needed the shoes for the race. Contacted the customer service (helped by Claudia), who dealt with the shipping company. When the order couldn’t be retrieved they asked if I wanted a new order. I said no, because it was too close to the marathon to use the items, and they refunded the order. Claudia was fast, polite and helpful and spoke great English. I’ve been a customer for a while now and the excellent customer ensures I’ll keep coming back to buy running stuff!
