5 star from prompt transit
Slot confirmed by email, got a friendly call confirming exact time I was out but pregnant wife home so asked if could take in house. They (taking shoes off without being asked) took the two heavy radiators to the rooms upstairs needed Going way above and beyond - Mark and Kevin from Prompt Transit Big 5 star service

Isaac kept me informed well regarding an estimated pick up time. He arrived on time, parked safely was respectful of neighbours parking etc. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. Very pleased with the excellent service we received.

The whole experience was fantastic.
The whole experience was fantastic. We were kept informed at all stages of processes. The expected time of delivery was supported by a phone call from the delivery team as to when they were near the house The item was carried from the van to the house and placed carefully in tge door. Very satisfied. The delivery man was pleasant.
