Delivery guys made my experience! Helped with bringing the sofa upstairs and was on time. Customer service made me aware of the delivery date and tried to expedite the delivery for me as we’d just moved house. Sofa was easy to put together and looks lovely in our lounge

The lads were delivering a 4.3 metre kayak. They were exceptional as the put it exactly where I needed it, without any issue. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Great experience, given a time window the night before, got a call 45 minutes before they were due to arrive and the drivers took care to deliver my items to the correct room. Only gripe was that I got an email asking if I wanted to pay £35 to chose when my delivery time shot would be before I knew what the plan was, so ideally an afternoon slot would have been perfect. Decided to risk it and not pay to book an afternoon slot but thankfully it came in the afternoon anyway.
