The Driver arrived on time and was very polite and helpful with my Dad. The parcel came in 3 big secure boxes and he delivered them into the house where my Dad needed them putting. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you
The company gave me a time window and then followed up with a phone call from the driver 40 minutes before arrival which was exactly on time. The delivery team allowed us to check the correct colour and all parts of the item had been delivered before departing. A good efficient service.
The two man team was a credit to the company. We ordered two sofas from reinforced beds. We ordered them minus feet due to narrow entrance. They came with feet. The two guys not only removed said feet off both sofas to get them in but then put them back on two sofas before unpacking. Couldn't have been more helpful, obliging or friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this courier again and would heartily recommend to others.
The two men who delivered were both pleasant and helpful. They brought the parcel into my dining room as requested. They were on time even thought my house is hard to find. A very professional service.

Worse ever experience, the courier left the items without any protection in my courtyard under the rain, refuses to offer any help. No trolley in his van, zero polite, aggressive attitude.

The delivery drivers were on time and they were polite and professional. I was able to check where my delivery was online and it was updated regularly. The driver rang one hour before delivery. They brought the bed upstairs and put it together. They took all the packaging away with them. Thank you

In advance a delivery option was given with only a choice of two days. Fortunately I was available for both of these. Time slot was given in an email first thing on delivery day, 8:43 - 10:43. Had the phone call at 11:20 to say they will be here in half an hour. The product company delivery information says the items will be taken to the required room and unpacked, this did not happen. I was left with two very large boxes and a third smaller one on my driveway to deal with as the delivery guys just drove away, clearly could not spare the time to assist.
