great 2 person delivery with tracking to help understand when delivery would happen. Clear window with contact from driver advising exact time. Goods arrived undamaged and friendly crew.
It was quite difficult to determine that I could reschedule my delivery time. I was told that I will be contacted a night before, but did not get any call so good that I reached out to customer service on chat, else i would have paid for the rescheduling. Apart from that, everything was great. 4 stars
Service not as described in store, drivers were in such a rush, didn't take packaging, as it is policy to leave it, yet stated on paperwork. Not worth the extra paid for 'premium' service. Would just have normal free delivery next time.

I booked Friday delivery slot. Took a day of work at a loss of earnings to be here and the delivery did not turn up. did not come to the following Tuesday. On the Tuesday i was awaked in bed by delivery men ringing me at 6.51am to say delivery would be with me in 90 minutes. Was not amused. Not very professional to ring someone at 6.51am
