The delivery was bang on time and the guy brought the heavy item into the house without being asked and was great. He even said that my cat had gone out of the door in case it wasn’t supposed to. Very good service.

OKA sent me an email informing me that it would be a white glove delivery service. The time slot in the day were given in the afternoon 12.30-2.30 pm and the delivery showed up at 10.00 in the morning. The person placed the packages down took photos and said he was not from OKA so he was not going to open the packages and take away debris. Disappointed with OKA for misinforming on both the timing and delivery service. They charged 30 pounds for the delivery , not regular shipping charge.Very disappointed!

Delivery was three and half hours later than stated should have been with us between 14.18 and 16.18 arrived at 21.30 no update on the delivery .No apology given by crew. Delivery crew reluctantly unpacked put on stand on unit and left . They were in a rush as we were the last drop and they were in a rush to get home
