The driver called me 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery was on time. The driver was courteous.

We placed the order for the TV stand and it came very promptly and was in good condition we are very happy with AIT Home delivery UK Ltd.

Really impressed with the delivery service. The drivers were efficient, polite, and courteous throughout. I received a call when they were 30 minutes away, which was a great touch, and I was also able to track the delivery in real time. My parcel arrived in perfect condition and clearly handled with care. I honestly couldn’t fault the experience—extremely pleased and would happily recommend!

Late delivery, poor communication. No phone call prior to delivery. Called them and they said they would be 40mins turned up 2 hrs later awful!

Received email the night before for a 7:54 to 9:54 delivery. Got another message the next morning at 9:55 saying they were running 2 hours late. Checked the tracker and the item had only been loaded on the delivery van at 9:55, so it was never going to be here within the time slot. It finally arrived around 13:40. Nearly 4 hours late. Completely wasted my day. Don’t understand having to pick a time slot and then not stick anywhere near it. That said, the delivery guys were very polite and apologetic for being late but listening to them they had way to many deliveries to cover on the day.

They kept me informed about the status of the package. They even called before coming
