I got a call from the driver to open my door, he wasn’t even on my street! I told him when he arrives on my street I will gladly open the door! When the delivery was brought they were a replacement for damaged goods but these were in worse condition than the ones I was returning. Deliver guys weren’t handling items carefully when taking out of van and they blocked entire street whilst doing so, leaving van with open back doors to block the entire street causing a back up of cars. Not very considerate or professional.

Although the delivery arrived almost three hours later than planned due to an unexpected van breakdown, the excellent communication and professionalism of the staff kept me fully informed throughout. The delivery itself was great, and the products matched the catalog photos perfectly. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from this supplier again. Well done! 👏

Was given precise information about the delivery all the way through. The delivery drivers were brilliant - it was tricky to get the appliance into my home, but the delivery guys were so good and patient and were so mindful of not damaging anything - brilliant. Thank you.

Really helpful member of the Support Team asked the delivery driver and mate to wait for us to arrive at our new home as they’d arrived 30 mins earlier than the slot given, which they did. I like the map function, helps with tracking and the delivery guys were professional.

I have had a delivery scheduled since around May and I have received notification over the weekend of the expected delivery of today. I have taken the day off of work, as this is a large order, and also paid the extra fee to yourselves to have this delivered before 10am. However, last night around 8:30pm, I received another text and email stating this will now be delivered tomorrow. Once I spoke to a member of the AIT team over the phone, they said it was a large order which they couldn’t accommodate. Their automated waiting tone states they deliver thousands of parcels a day, but they were unable to accommodate my small order. Will not be purchasing from a store that uses this delivery service again, as it is not reliable.

Delivered my item as agreed an on time.

I received an email telling me that my delivery had been scheduled and asked me to select a delivery day. I received emails and text updates on when my delivery would take place and was given a 2 hour time slot a couple of days before. The parcel arrived on time and I was kept updated at all times.
