Delivery guy refused to check the contents of delivery we’re in tact !! Seemed disinterested just wanted a quick getaway……not the best!

Fantastic delivery service. Friendly, on time, notified me before delivering. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Everything arrived spotless too. I wish every company used AIT for their deliveries.

Absolutely horrendous experience!! We were expecting three items to be delivered (two bed frames and a mattress) and that morning were given a text to say that they didn’t have one part of the order. When the delivery came they brought one bed frame in and went to leave. We said there should be three items but something is missing so we should be expecting something else. They said to us that’s all they had on the van. I asked them to check again, they then noticed the second item - the mattress. I then had no faith that there was nothing else on the van so asked them 3 more times to look again. They then found one part of the bed that was missing. So now beginning to wonder if they just didn’t collect the second part of that bed from their warehouse all along. So now all we are waiting on is the second part of that bed to arrive without any time frame. Absolutely no clue what they were doing. Asked if we wanted to take someone else’s bed that was on the van too. Most disorganised and stressful delivery I have ever received. Now have half a bed we can’t do anything with and is sitting in a massive box in our garage.

I had an email telling me the delivery day which was exactly when Amazon stated delivery would be. I then received a further email given me a two hour window for delivery. I received a phone call and a text saying the delivery would be in 20 mins. So I was able to be ready at the door to receive my huge heavy delivery and I was asked by a very polite friendly guy where I would like it placed indoors.... Fantastic service.. If that wasn't enough you could track the van on a map so you can get on with what you wanted and not keep checking the road from the window...

AIT delivered my sofa to my new property. It quickly became evident that the delivery was going to be quite complex due to the narrow stairway. AIT staff went above and beyond to make sure the item was safely delivered into the property. It was clear how experienced they were and their problem solving skills were really put to the test. Both staff were extremely friendly and I would be glad to have deliveries from AIT in the future.

The two guys were very polite and asked where exactly I wanted heavy package placed. Nice to have updates on delivery time as well.

We paid Samsung for installation of our new TV. The delivery drivers refused to do that despite having proof it was in the delivery agreement. They tried to attach the stand which we have now found out they broke, and left. Samsung arranged for someone else to attend and they just checked it and despite the clip being broken said it would be ok.
