Prompt delivery and given a day and timeslot as well. Couldn't be better.

They were here on time. The guys were friendly & chatty made my delivery experience a lot better, also they call you to tell how long there gonna be which was welcomed.

Very satisfied. They phoned 20 minutes before arrival, put the delivery where we wanted it and photographed the boxes when finished.

Original delivery scheduled for 10 July, cancelled because AIT didn't have the product in the warehouse on time. Second delivery arrived, guys were good but it was 3 hours late. Return scheduled via Sky, told I don't need the box. AIT call today, do you have the box as the crew forgot to pick one up - I say no as it's in the skip. Delivery cancelled again. Not impressed at all with this company.

Didn't deliver my order in full, I was told I would receive the bits missing the following day, no answer on their customer service even though the website said they were open, no delivery and no follow up call to say when my missing parts were going to be delivered

They called ahead as was told, nice and prompt and even went above expectations by carrying the heavy box upstairs for us which many drivers wouldn’t of done

Ordered an item from Samsung before 3pm on Friday and received it just after 11am on Saturday. Originally delivery time was anytime that day but this was narrowed down to a two hour window that evening. The delivery was prompt and the item arrived in perfect condition. We were kept updated on delivery status and could track its route throughout. Would definitely use this company again!

Delivery was prompt,even too prompt maybe,as the delivery was early,but that was ok.Deliver men were polite and friendly, unpacked the TV and set it up,so all good.

This company has to be the best delivery company I have dealt with. From after placing my order I received constant updates to where my parcel was. They gave me a time window for delivery and they phoned me to check I was in before delivery. The two staff who delivered the very large package were very friendly and helpful, a credit to their company. The very large companies could learn a lot from this company.

Friendly, polite delivery drivers and a first class service

The company kept me very well informed of any developments in my delivery in the days prior to it. And even though they gave an 2 hour window, on the delivery day, they contacted me to let me know the delivery was going to happen I about half an hour. For me this was great to organise myself. Also, because the package was very big and heavy, the delivery guy very kindly helped me carry it! Very very happy with this company!
